"Ubiquitous electric Internet of things" uses advanced algorithm technology and mobile communication means to realize the space separation interaction between different types of entities in the power grid and make quick feedback on various kinds of information,so as to realize the high intelligence and informatization of the power grid system.In the face of the dual background of the state vigorously promoting the optimization of business environment to reduce the cost of social electricity consumption and the gradual opening of the market on the electricity side,State Grid Corporation of China proposes the strategic deployment of "ubiquitous electric Internet of things",which is the initiative choice of State Grid Corporation of China to break through the development bottleneck.Facing the severe industry development situation,the management decision-making level of GX power supply company should consider the company’s marketing strategy optimization scheme and specific implementation measures in combination with the "ubiquitous electric Internet of things" construction background,so as to maintain the power market share advantage of GX power supply company,improve the company’s business level,and guarantee the "last kilometer" of power transmission to customers.This article takes GX power supply company as the research object,and explores the optimization plan of GX power supply company’s marketing strategy with the background of "ubiquitous electric Internet of Things" construction.The first step,it analyzes and summarizes the concepts and characteristics of domestic power supply marketing,and explore the possible impacts of building "Ubiquitous electric Internet of things" on the marketing mode of the power supply company.The second step,it analyzes the external environment of GX power supply company from the perspective of macro situation analysis and market competition environment analysis,and summarizes the current problems of GX power supply company’s marketing strategy management with reference to the current situation of GX power supply company’s marketing strategy implementation,which are low intelligence and high cost power supply,low quality and low reliability power supply,single channel and low satisfaction rate,and dispersive marketing business entity.To provide problem-based guidance for optimizing the marketing strategy of GX power supply company.The third step,through in-depth analysis of GX power supply company’s current shortcomings in marketing strategy management,based on 4R marketing theory,this paper puts forward GX power supply company’s marketing strategy optimization from four aspects,including building efficient power information correlation channel,forming rapid demand response mechanism,maintaining the relationship between the company and customers,and creating a win-win situation between the company and customers,and also describes the implementation of marketing strategy.The fourth step,from the four aspects of marketing system guarantee,human resources guarantee,service platform guarantee and technical guarantee,this paper determines the guarantee measures that can make the marketing strategy of GX power supply company effectively implemented,which provides a good guarantee Foundation for GX power supply company to implement the optimized marketing strategy.By combining the "Ubiquitous electric Internet of things" technology with the traditional 4R marketing theory,this paper develops the marketing strategy optimization scheme of GX power supply company from the perspective of building the high-efficiency power information correlation channel and forming the demand quick response mechanism,which has important reference significance for GX power supply company to keep its power market share advantage.
