The ancient Dizhang in painting with tung oil is an important part of the architectural painting in China.The appearance of Dizhang strengthens the solidity of the painting and ancient wooden structures,making the painting not easy to fall off or crack,which greatly improves the durability of the ancient building painting.These characteristics are necessarily related to the materials,proportions,and interactions between materials in the ancient architectural Dizhang.Revealing the interactions between materials in the making process of traditional ancient Dizhang and making a scientific explanation of the traditional Dizhang making process is a worthy research subject.This article starts from "micro structure determines macro performance",and systematically studies the interaction between materials in the traditional ancient Youman modulation process.It is divided into the following three parts,and the following relevant research conclusions are obtained:First,the interaction between tung oil,Zhangdan and Tuzi in the traditional ancient Dizhang was studied.XRD and EDX were used to analyze and characterize the composition of Zhangdan and Tuzi.The morphology of tung oil cured film was analyzed by SEM,etc.The mechanism of tung oil polymerization and solidification is characterized by oxygen absorption reaction,chemiluminescence detection,ESR free radical detection,etc.,the molecular structure of tung oil is characterized by IR,UV-vis,1HNMR,and the rheological properties of tung oil are characterized by rheometer,Reveal the mechanism of Zhangdan and soil Tuzi in tung oil polymerization.The results showed that the tung oil solidified during the oxidative polymerization reaction,the Zhangdan promoted the oxygen absorption of tung oil to form peroxides and produce peroxy radical,and Tuzi which inhibits on the polymerization of tung oil initiated by Zhangdan and helps to adjust the solidification rate of tung oil,prevent wrinkles caused by tung oil polymerization and promote film mass transfer,and improve the uniformity of tung oil longitudinal curing.Secondly,the interaction between lime water and flour in the ancient Youman process was studied.The morphology of the flour particles under the action of lime water was characterized by SEM,and the crystal structure of the powder under the action of lime water was characterized by XRD and polarization microscope.IR characterizes the molecular structure of flour under the action of lime water.The results show that lime water can reduce the hydrogen bonding function between starch chains in flour and help improve the solubility of flour in water.Third,the mechanism of the interaction between lime water-treated flour and tung oil in the ancient Youman process was studied.The Soxhlet extraction method was used to separate the flour treated with boiled tung oil.The SEM was used to characterize the morphology of the flour after function with boiled tung oil.Using IR,XRD,XPS to characterize the molecular structure of flour under the function of boiled tung oil,using SEM,IR to characterize the morphology and molecular structure of flour treated under tung oil reductived by VE,using super depth of field microscope,static frequency scanning in rheometer,universal material testing machine characterizes the morphology,structure,and mechanical properties of the Youman.The results show that the peroxide produced by tung oil during the refining process can oxidize flour particles,The presence of lime water is more conducive to the oxidation of tung oil,resulting in the formation of holes in the flour particles,which increases the composite of hydrophilic flour and hydrophobic tung oil.Lime water has the effect of emulsifying tung oil,improves the dispersibility of flour in boiled tung oil,and forms phase-separated micro-regions,which helps improve the smoothness of tung oil cured film and improves the mechanical properties of tung oil cured film..In view of the current lack of basic theoretical research on ancient Dizhang,this paper takes the traditional Youman making process as the basis and background,and analyzes the traditional ancient Youman making process from the perspective of micromorphology and molecular structure.The interaction between various materials in ancient Dizhang and the interaction mechanism between materials are proposed.This not only gives some theoretical help to the traditional ground painting research,but also can be used to scientifically repair and protect the traditional traditional paintings based on theory and technological support.
