| In recent years,China’s foreign trade of artificial quartz products has maintained a high growth trend.Guangdong Yunfu and Fujian Nan’an,as two export bases of quartz products in China,have accounted for more than 15%of the global trade volume of quartz products.With the aggravation of debt crisis in Europe,stone consumption in developed countries such as Europe and America will rely more on Chinese quartz products.China’s quartz stone products have surpassed the traditional stone power Italy and Spain,and become the largest production,consumption and export country in the world.In the current wave of economic globalization,in order to better develop international business and expand international market,China’s artificial quartz products enterprises outsource their international logistics business to professional third-party international logistics enterprises to complete,and also outsource the business within the scope of non enterprise core business to professional enterprises in this business field to complete,so artificial quartz products enterprises not only It can reduce the cost of international logistics,disperse the risk and improve the service quality.It can also focus on the professional field,so as to improve the international market competitiveness of artificial quartz products enterprises.However,due to the late development of China’s third-party international logistics outsourcing enterprises,the poor quality of international logistics services,service content and service ability,risk prevention ability and so on,there is almost no theoretical research on international logistics outsourcing mode for reference,which makes it difficult for artificial quartz product enterprises to select international logistics outsourcing enterprises,leading to the real implementation of international logistics outsourcing integration The proportion of enterprises is still low,and the proportion of international logistics outsourcing business in the total international logistics business is also small.Therefore,the current research on the integration mode of international logistics outsourcing of artificial quartz products enterprises has important practical significance.On the basis of the previous research on the theory of international logistics outsourcing,this study firstly makes a field investigation on Y company,looks up the development of the industry,designs a questionnaire to investigate the production and logistics status of Y company’s artificial quartz products,and uses spss.25 software to carry out statistical analysis on the questionnaire;secondly,uses core competence theory,transaction cost theory,social division of labor and Professional theory,competitive strategy theory,business outsourcing theory,value chain theory,cybernetics theory and other theories explain the main motivation and risk factors of Y company’s international logistics outsourcing,and use the principal component analysis method to analyze the motivation and risk factors of Y company’s international logistics outsourcing,and get the principal component motivation and risk factors of its international logistics outsourcing.Thirdly,it constructs the evaluation index system for the selection of international logistics outsourcing mode of Y company’s artificial quartz products,determines the standardized value and weight of each evaluation index,uses the comprehensive index method to evaluate the international logistics outsourcing mode,and obtains the most suitable international logistics outsourcing mode for Y company;finally,it constructs the international logistics outsourcing operation scheme suitable for Y company and puts forward the feasibility Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to reduce the international logistics cost of Y company’s artificial quartz products,prevent and control risks,increase service value,improve service quality and international market competitiveness. |
