Rolling linear guide pair is a key functional component of CNC machine tools and other mechanical equipment,and its performance greatly affects the manufacturing level of the equipment.With the continuous development of mechanical equipment in the direction of high speed and large-scale,the performance level of the rolling linear guide pair,especially the linear motion accuracy of the linear guide pair,puts forward higher requirements.At present,most production companies use simple manual detection methods such as dial indicators at the production site for linear guide linear processing accuracy detection,and use sensor measurement detection methods in the detection room.The former method is simple,the accuracy is low,and the change rule of accuracy cannot be analyzed;the latter needs to locate and fix the guide rail to be tested,which is time-consuming,labor-intensive and inefficient.This research intends to develop testing equipment that can be inspected at the production site without the need to locate and fix the guide rail to be detected,and use high-precision sensors to quickly and accurately measure the processing accuracy of the guide rail to meet the needs of industrialized production and processing.The main research work done by the thesis is as follows:This topic analyzes the research status and detection methods of rolling linear guide pairs at home and abroad,and compares and analyzes the existing linear guide motion detection methods.The processing precision,precision detection index and main factors affecting the processing precision of the rolling linear guide were analyzed and discussed.On this basis,the data processing method of automatic detection was studied and analyzed,which provided a further development of high-efficiency and high-precision detection equipment.Theoretical guidance.According to the requirements of the linear motion accuracy detection of the guide rail,the overall scheme of the guide rail processing accuracy detection equipment was developed and designed.The detection device mainly includes mechanical system design,measurement system hardware design and data processing method design.The design methods of each component and the main problems solved are analyzed,and the main functions of the measurement system are introduced.On the constructed rail motion accuracy detection platform,the rail machining accuracy measurement test was carried out,the software solution was designed according to the relevant detection standards,the measurement data was analyzed and calculated,and the accuracy detection results were given and compared with existing detection methods A comparative analysis was performed to verify the accuracy of the detection system.At the same time,the motion friction and motion noise of the rail pair after the assembly of the tested rail were tested and analyzed.Through comparison,it was found that the machining accuracy of the rail affects the performance of the rail pair after assembly,which provides a detection method for further improving the comprehensive performance index of the rail pair And technical means.
