The Evolution Of China's Dyeing And Finishing Technology Under The Demands Of Environmental Protection

Thedyeing and finishing technologyindustry is one of China’s important economic pillars.Currently,traditional dyeing technology faces tremendous pressure of environmental protection and cost problems caused by energy prices.Under the current environmental protection appeal,industrial dyeing technology faces the difficulties of development as a traditional technology.The industrial dyeing technology of China is very similar to the corresponding Western industrial models and technical systems,which is guided by interest,so it is largely ignored natural and human feelings,inevitably produces alienation.It is an important topic that requires research and addressing in the academic community and the dyeing and finishing technology industries that how to deal with the development of industrial dyeing technology under the environmental protection appeal.This thesis is divided into 4 chapters,Chapter 1 is an introduction,mainly introduces the research status,research background,research methods,main research content and innovation points.Chapter 2 studies the generation of environmental protection and technological response to environmental protection measures.Firstly,the consequences of harsh pollution（mainly including air pollution,water pollution,solid waste pollution）caused by traditional dyeing techniques has been analyzed.Ecological regulatory means taken by the government the impact of industry and technology caused by the environmental consciousness of the people were also studied.Then,taking the production capacity of Shaoxing Keqiao and the technological innovation of the "R.G.B." of the dyeing enterprise as an example,the reason why the technical ecological steering from environmentally friendly high pressure wasanalyzed.Chapter 3 analyzes the technical ecological and technical ideas in ancient Chinese dyeing techniques,and selecting the brand of He as an example,proving the feasibility of ecological exploration in these ancient technology and the necessity of the revival of ancient ecological technology.Chapter 4 summarizes the development characteristics of China’s dyeing technology and environmental protection impact on its evolution,and analyzes the current limitations of ecological technology development.Finally,the future ecological technology is looking forward to breaking through these limitations from three aspects: discovery and rational transformation of ancient technology and technical ideas;adhering to the construction of socialist ecological civilization of Chinese characteristics;accelerating the technical philosophy of technical philosophy or ecological philosophy of Chinese characteristics.
