| Artistic dyeing and finishing is a branch of dyeing and finishing discipline with modern tie-dyeing technology as the core.Artistic dyeing and finishing takes modern tie-dyeing technology as the core gradually developed in recent years,which not only has the connotation of traditional Chinese culture,but also conforms to modern people's pursuit of fashion concept.In recent years,with the popularity of modern tie-dye in international fashion clothing,the research value,market value,art culture and unique Chinese cultural significance and visual innovation advantages have been fully shown.But compared with industrial dyeing,artistic dyeing and finishing is a young dyeing segmentation,because artistic dyeing and finishing is developed from tie-dye,the main process fabric selection more limited to cotton,hemp,wool,silk and other natural fiber fabrics,like polyester,polyester and other modern industrial synthetic fabrics are relatively few.Therefore,artistic dyeing and finishing,as a subdivision discipline with great development potential,it is very necessary and urgent to broaden the application field of fabrics.At present,the application of artistic dyeing and finishing process in polyester fabrics,mainly focused on the 3D memory reconstruction process,and in the2D plane dyeing process and comprehensive process production and application has not been launched,it is urgent to carry out the selection and experimental research of new modified polyester fabrics,further broaden the artistic dyeing and finishing process in the application of polyester fabrics.This paper mainly uses the research methods of literature research method,market research method,experimental research method and design practice method.Systematic sorting,summarizing and analyzing the historical origin and development,process characteristics,process characteristics,process category,application status and the concept,classification and fabric characteristics of“ITER?polyester”fabrics.And focus on artistic dyeing and finishing in ITER?polyester fabric effect experimental research,through the use of two-dimensional plane dyeing,injection,hanging dyeing technology make the ITER?polyester fabric obtained very modern aesthetic plane visual effect,using three-dimensional memory reconstruction of mechanical fold molding and three-dimensional paper mold baking process give ITER?polyester fabric with unique stereo texture,the innovative application of comprehensive technology makes the iterative polyester fabric has two-dimensional plane and three-dimensional dual visual effect,better show the artistic dyeing and finishing process characteristics and charm.After the experimental analysis,we found that most processes in two-dimensional plane dyeing category and the mechanical folding molding process in three-dimensional memory reconstruction category is more suitable for application in ITER?polyester fabric,finally according to the artistic dyeing and finishing process processing ITER?polyester fabric characteristics and advantages,give full play to the artistic beauty and advantages of finishing art. |
