Based On The Financial Analysis Of "Guizhou Gas" Under The Harvard Analysis Framework

Guizhou Gas is the largest urban gas operator in Guizhou Province,with a market share of about 70% in the province.Its core competitiveness is to obtain franchising rights in major regions in the province.Aiming at the problems of high debt pressure and low operating capacity and profitability in the same industry in Guizhou Gas,In this paper,Harvard Analysis Framework is adopted to comprehensively analyze the financial situation and operation of Guizhou Gas from four dimensions of strategy,accounting,finance and prospect.The strategic analysis part first makes a brief analysis of the operation situation,then adopts porter's five forces model to analyze the competitive position of Guizhou Gas industry,and then uses SWOT to analyze the internal and external advantages and disadvantages.Through accounting analysis,it is concluded that the accounting treatment of Guizhou Gas is in line with relevant accounting standards,so the financial data are relatively reliable.n the financial analysis stage,the financial situation of Guizhou Gas is comprehensively analyzed from asset and liability structure,profit statement,four capabilities and cash flow analysis,and compared with Shenzhen Gas and Guizhou Gas.The prospect analysis part includes quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.The quantitative analysis part evaluates the value of Guizhou Gas by constructing a free cash flow discount model.Through the analysis of four dimensions,it is found that Guizhou Gas has problems such as unreasonable financing structure,poor profitability,low asset utilization efficiency,poor receivables management and stock price bubble.At the same time,the development prospect of the gas industry is very good,economic development and national policies can promote the development of the gas industry.Guizhou Gas is in a period of rapid development,and its current value tends to be underestimated,so it is worthy of investment.At the same time,the development prospect of the gas industry is relatively good,and the sustained economic growth and national policies can promote the development of the gas industry.Through the analysis of this paper,we can find the problems existing in the operation and management of Guizhou Gas and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.This paper conducts a four-dimensional framework analysis of Guizhou Gas from the perspective of a third party,so as to provide scientific and comprehensive information for enterprise managers,creditors,investors and other stakeholders,so that they can make better decisions.
