Research On Corporate Culture Construction Of Y Company Based On Core Competitiveness

While the process of global economic integration is gradually accelerating,enterprises are facing huge competition.The market law of survival of the fittest is forcing enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness in all aspects.In particular,the competitive advantage of enterprises in the market depends entirely on the core competitiveness carefully shaped by enterprises.In the shaping of core competitiveness,enterprise culture plays an important role,and has very important theoretical and practical significance.Based on this,this paper selects Y company as the research object,through analyzing the concept and relationship between enterprise culture and core competitiveness,it introduces the connotation and characteristics of enterprise core competitiveness,the meaning of enterprise culture and the function of enterprise culture power,puts forward the theoretical framework of the thesis-four levels and evolution relationship of enterprise culture,and then takes it as the theoretical basis to analyze the relationship between them.Then from Y company's basic development,enterprise culture and core competitiveness of the basic situation it analyzes Y company's advantages and disadvantages of enterprise culture.On the basis of the previous results it points out the problems existing in the construction of enterprise culture,in-depth analyzes the reasons for the problems,obtains the negative impact of enterprise culture development on the core competitiveness of enterprises,takes enterprise culture DEPE as the model to put forward the development countermeasures of enterprise culture,and it is expected to provide reference for the development of enterprise culture of similar industries.
