Research On The Integrated Design Of Bathroom Cabinets In Long-term Rental Apartments

With the development of my country's economy,the acceleration of urbanization,the continuous expansion of urban floating population,the rapid development of China's residential leasing market,long-term rental apartments,as a new market supplier,have also been favored by the public.This article is based on the needs of long-term rental apartment tenants for bathroom products.After analyzing the relevant current situation,it is found that there are relatively few studies to solve the problem of bathroom space congestion from the perspective of integrated design,and the integrated design of existing bathroom cabinets is also researched.There are problems such as deficiencies.Based on these analyses,the research theme of this article is proposed,and the solution to the problem of crowded bathroom space under the background of long-term rental apartments is explored from the perspective of integrated design,so that tenants can have a better experience in the limited space.The key point is "integration".The full text will be composed of three parts.The first part is the problem-finding part.Through the understanding of the status quo of the development of long-term rental apartments and the status quo of integrated design methods at home and abroad,it is found that the common bathroom problems in long-term rental apartments and the application of integrated design methods in practical products are relatively few.Based on these issues,the research direction of this article is proposed.The second part is the analysis of the problem.Through a large amount of data collection,the definition of related theories is clearly defined and the three elements of user,product,and environment are analyzed,which is the final bathroom cabinet.The feasibility of integrated design provides a theoretical basis;the third part is the problem-solving part.Through the analysis of integrated design objects,integrated design methods and design principles,the feasibility of integrated design is guaranteed,and finally the integrated design method is applied to the integrated design of bathroom cabinets.To propose solutions to the problem of crowded bathroom space in long-term rental apartments.The main purpose of this article is to use integrated design methods to improve product quality and enhance product experience through humanized design so that users can experience the warmth of home even in a rental house,creating a sense of belonging at home,and at the same time The practical activities in the bathroom renovation of long-term rental apartments provide a certain design reference.
