Research On Youth Ideological Work In Yunnan Cigarette Industry Enterprises

As an important part of the national economy,state-owned enterprises are the economic foundation and important support of the party's governance.With the dramatic changes in the internal and external environment,especially the ideological intrusion from the west,many contradictions in the domestic reform and development,and the ever-changing network media and other practical challenges,the youth groups,including the young workers of state-owned enterprises,are increasingly affected by various forms of non socialist ideology.As the support of the future development of state-owned enterprises,young workers must have firm political consciousness and correct value orientation to ensure the development of state-owned enterprises in the right direction.At the same time,because of the political responsibility,social management function and the need of self-development,the state-owned enterprises must treat the ideological work of youth as an important work and carry out it unswervingly.In this paper,the representative industry of Yunnan state-owned enterprises-cigarette industry enterprises as the research object,the related research of youth ideological work,for the relevant enterprise staff involved in youth ideological work function were interviewed,around the young workers' recognition of the socialist ideology,vigilance to non socialist ideology,the awareness of the ideological work of the youth Based on the cognition of the political attribute of state-owned enterprises and the functional framework and main practices of the ideological work of young people in current enterprises,this paper combs the current situation and achievements of the ideological work of young people in Yunnan cigarette industry enterprises,and finds out some problems existing in the ideological work of young people in Yunnan cigarette industry enterprises.In view of the problems found in the survey,combined with the objectives and tasks of youth ideological work in state-owned enterprises in the new era,this paper puts forward the path to improve the leadership,management and discourse power of youth ideological work in Yunnan cigarette industry enterprises,in order to have certain reference significance for strengthening and improving the youth ideological work in state-owned enterprises.
