Research On Innovation Of Party’s Ideological Construction In Restructuring Non-Public Enterprises

With the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,in order to implement the Central Government’s requirements on deepening the reform of the science and technology system,promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and adjusting the industrial structure,many research institutes in China have gradually been restructured into non-public enterprises.Restructured non-public enterprises have become an important force in the development of China’s national economy,playing an increasingly important role in promoting social employment,increasing national tax revenue,scientific and technological innovation,and promoting rapid social and economic development.How to achieve a rapid change in the role of reformed non-public enterprises and ensure that they develop in the right political direction is an urgent issue to be addressed.Adhering to the leadership of the Party and strengthening the ideological construction work of the Party in restructured non-public enterprises can provide ideological momentum for the development of the enterprises,transform the ideological and political advantages of the Party into advantages for the development of the enterprises,and escort the escort for the realization of sustainable and rapid development of the enterprises,therefore,the study of this paper has important theoretical and practical significance.Guided by the theory of party ideological construction,this paper conducts field research and interviews,analyses the restructuring of HS and its impact on the ideological construction work of the enterprise,and summarises and analyses the specific practice of party ideological construction in HS: including the company’s adherence to party leadership to strengthen the ideological construction work of the party;carrying out thematic education activities with distinctive themes and various forms;strengthening education on ideals and beliefs,party nature and adopting regular education and centralised education.We have made painstaking and effective exploration by strengthening the ideological construction work of the Party through strengthening education on ideals and beliefs,party spirit and combining regular education and centralized education.Although the company has made a lot of useful exploration and practice in the ideological construction of the Party,and has also gained certain experience,with the continuous change and development of the social environment,there are still some problems in the ideological and political construction of the Party in the restructured company,including the positioning of the ideological construction of the Party needs to be further improved;the integration of the ideological construction of the Party and the production and operation of the enterprise is not enough;the party affairs personnel team,the system guarantee The party ideological construction and enterprise production and operation are not sufficiently integrated;the party personnel team,institutional support and other aspects need to be further improved.The main reasons for the existence of these problems are: the emphasis on production and operation,the weakened concept of ideological and political construction still exists to a certain extent;the single mode of the party’s ideological construction work;the party’s ideological construction guarantee system is not yet sound,etc.In view of the problems of the Party’s ideological construction work in HS’s non-public enterprises,combined with some effective practices of HS’s Party’s ideological construction,we try to provide feasible measures for reformed non-public enterprises to carry out the Party’s ideological construction work: including strengthening the construction of enterprise Party organizations and ideological construction work system;creating a superior Party’s ideological construction talent team;Party’s ideological construction should be integrated with production and operation,Party building work and enterprise culture The path of integration of the Party’s ideological construction with production and operation,Party building work and corporate culture is chosen.
