Research On Optimization Of Inventory Internal Control In Special Steel Enterprises

Under the background of deepening the supply-side structural reform,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that a new development pattern of "double circulation" and mutual promotion should be gradually formed,and many domestic enterprises also adjusted their strategic steps and actively participated in all links of the domestic big circulation.However,while many enterprises adapt to environmental changes,the internal control construction process has not kept pace.There are many enterprises that seem to have established their own set of internal control norms,but in the actual implementation process,there are frequent problems,which often make the system become a mere formality.Enterprises need to establish an effective internal control system if they want to make great progress.At present,although scholars have rich research on inventory internal control,the in-depth research on a certain kind of special inventory has yet to be discovered.In this paper,the special inventory "Return Steel" of special steel enterprise is selected as the research object,and the optimization method suitable for the whole enterprise inventory management is explored by analyzing its internal control management characteristics.The case selected in this paper is in the special steel industry,and the inventory "return steel" involved is characterized by difficulty in value estimation,variety,wide range,huge quantity,complex source,difficulty in utilization and easy backlog.These factors lead to high internal control risk,high professional management requirements and difficult audit.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the optimization of internal control of "return steel" assets in special steel enterprises.Starting from the internal control of inventory "returning steel" in special steel enterprises,this paper expounds its actual operation process and gives optimization suggestions.Firstly,the paper introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis,and sorts out the literature of inventory internal control according to certain classification standards.Secondly,it introduces the case background and the inventory control activity flow of "returning steel".Thirdly,analyze the reasons of internal control defects,summarize and put forward optimization suggestions.The research shows that there are many problems in the internal control of inventory,which are mainly manifested in the internal control environment,risk assessment,information and communication,and internal supervision,except for the control activities.Therefore,in the part of optimizing internal control,such as strengthening internal control awareness,improving risk assessment level and perfecting internal control supervision mechanism.It is hoped that this can help A special steel enterprises effectively reduce the inventory of "return steel" products,ensure the timely supply of materials,and also provide useful experience for other inventory control of enterprises and similar special steel enterprises.
