With the rapid development of enterprises,the company is facing fierce competition in the increasingly complex market economy environment.In order to pursue the speed of development,there have been more and more cases of enterprise management failure due to poor internal control management.This phenomenon has appeared.The reason is that some companies lack the awareness of the importance of evaluating the effectiveness of internal control.Companies must have a complete,scientific and reliable internal control evaluation system.Only in this way can they better avoid risks between the company and related stakeholders,and ensure that the company can achieve long-term stable operation and completion in a fiercely competitive environment.The company’s strategic development goals.At present,the supply space for competition and construction of my country’s steel industry is limited,but the demand for survival and development of steel companies is unlimited.Even if steel companies have enough production tasks,their survival and development are still difficult.The continuous infiltration of other industries makes The operating environment of steel companies has worsened.Faced with such a harsh environment,without a complete and effective internal control evaluation system,the internal control management of iron and steel enterprises is undoubtedly a mess.Therefore,the evaluation of the effectiveness of internal control is a necessary condition to ensure the long-term development of an enterprise.Up to now,my country still lacks a set of effective internal control effectiveness evaluation system suitable for steel enterprises.This article first introduces the significance and background of studying the effectiveness of internal control in iron and steel enterprises,reviews and summarizes relevant domestic and foreign literature on the effectiveness of internal control in iron and steel enterprises.The overall environment and internal control process of X steel enterprise’s internal control at the current stage are described;then,the G1 weighting method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate and score the implementation effect of X steel enterprise’s internal control system at this stage.And further analyze the reasons for the defects of its internal control;finally combine the "Guidelines for the Application of Enterprise Internal Control","Guidelines for Self-evaluation of Enterprise Internal Control" and the specific situation of X steel enterprise’s internal control at this stage,and propose targeted improvement suggestions.Through research,this paper found that X steel company has defects in risk identification,sales management control,purchase management control,and self-evaluation mechanisms,and proposed improvements to these problems.Through the above research,it is hoped that this paper can provide a certain reference for the internal management personnel of X steel company to govern the company,and also hope that it can be used as a reference for other companies in the same industry to strengthen the ability to identify and respond to the defects of its own internal control system.
