| As the thriving development of the society and economy,the human resource management can only obtain the competitive advantage from the combination with the latest competition situation.HR is no longer limited to the conventional human resources functions,it should make efforts to facilitate the success of the business.HR should see from outside to the inside,thinking about the change of industry and industry environment,the expectations from the stakeholders and how the individuals will be influenced by the revolutions under the VUCA time.It is necessary to get clear answers to questions like HR how to cope with change,how to explore the opportunities,how to win competitive advantage to meet the requirements of the precise localization from the organization reform.It’s been only over ten years since the concept of the HR shared service center has been known and accepted by the advanced corporations in China.During this period,the successful cases of HR management transformation by conducting the share service center are quite few.One of the important reasons is that the system was just copied without any change.The HR shared service center concept is only introduced by combination with the national and the corporation management situation that can be applied properly and make it come true of efficient HR transformation.In the process of establishment of HR service center,scientific design,support of HRIS,effective management are the key factors.Building up HR shared service center is showing some urgency,necessity and feasibility and it’s decided by the development strategy of H(China).This thesis explores the current HR management situation of H(China)company to find out the existing problems.The author will state how to establish the HR shared service center based on the necessity and feasibility of H(China)company from the perspectives of outside industry environment,inside company development requirements and the extent of urgency of the HR transformation.This thesis is aimed at bringing values to the HR management reform by conducting the research of the establishment of H(China)company HR shared service center.Meanwhile,hope this thesis can provide reasonable suggestions for the managers that considering organization reform or want to improve management efficiency by share service center. |
