| The private enterprise is an important part of socialist marketing economy in our country,which has made huge contribution to economic and social development of China.At present,more and more private enterprise choose to go out to extend international market and face up to the competition of multinational enterprise.Meanwhile,the management of most private enterprise is at a low level,especially the management of finance is still at primary stage.Private enterprises adopt the traditional approaches to the thought of financial organization and the structure and method of financial management with too many hierarchies,low efficiency and high cost,which can not adjust the requirements of international development and the pressure of competition that they are facing increasingly,so there is absolutely a need for improvements.As a new kind of financial management method and organizational form,financial shared center has been used by a large number of multinational enterprises,which has achieved good results,and some private enterprises have took a try.On account of the different cognition and practice levels of financial shared center from these enterprises,the achieved effects were quite different.According to the development strategy and characteristics of enterprises,how to evaluate objectively and improve financial shared center to maximize the comprehensive value of management.That is the objective my article research.My article selected the representative firm of office stationary industry,DL Group as research object,introducing the motivation,organizational structure and operational mode of its financial shared center.By the analysis of implementation effect of its financial shared center and existing problems in operation,my article will explore these problems,and then give some feasible suggestions about the further development of DL Group’s financial shared center.The chapter one introduces the research background and research significance,sketching researching history and current situation of financial sharing domestically and abroad.The chapter two analyzes the function,implementation motivation and general process of financial sharing,focusing on the cost effectiveness theory analysis.The chapter three sketches the business constitution and organizational structure of DL Group,and introduces the background,motivation and basic information of establishing financial shares center.The chapter four and five mainly focus on the analysis of operation effect,exiting problems of financial shares center in DL Group,and give some specific suggestions.The chapter six looks forward to the future development patterns of financial sharing.The creation of this article consists in the creation of research contents,DL Group innovated unceasingly in the financial management,but also underwent many revolutions in the theories and methods of management,adopting new technology and new theories actively and bringing in international famous consultative management to pursue the enterprise strategy transformation and upgrading.For a private enterprise determining to go to the international market,this kind of resolution is indispensable.On account of the inherent characteristic of stationary industry,the opinion of this article is that the DL Group financial sharing serving center should not be restricted to serving DL Group,however,DL Group can rely on the financial sharing serving center as a belt,through integrating the industrial chain towards a further step and promote the management and control ability of upstream and downstream,DL Group can enlarge the inland market occupancy,and then boost the enterprise international strategy with steady steps.There are certain conferences and enlightenment for those private enterprises which expect to become bigger and stronger in this industry. |
