The support of separation membrane is the basis of wet dispersion and hot pressing.In recent years,the mechanism analysis of wet dispersion fiber suspensions and the effect of hot pressing on the performance of separation membrane support have attracted extensive attention.In this paper,based on the preparation of separation membrane support,the internal flow mechanism of fiber suspension under wet dispersion technology and the influence of hot-pressing process on the performance of separation membrane support under hot pressing technology were studied.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:Optimization control and Simulation of performance of separation membrane support by hot-pressing.The number of experimental data were obtained in many experiments,and the influencing factors of hot pressing were determined as hot-pressing temperature,hot-pressing time,hot-pressing pressure and fiber ratio.In order to explore the influence of influencing factors on the performance of separation membrane support,the performance of separation membrane support was comprehensively evaluated based on entropy weight determination method and TOPSIS method,in order to unify the performance of different evaluation standards,to obtain the comprehensive performance.Then,the influencing factors and comprehensive performance were optimized and simulated.According to the analysis of variance,the significant influence of influencing factors and comprehensive performance was judged,and the linear relationship equation between them was established to determine the linear relationship.Finally,the optimization model was established to find the optimal control point,and the separation membrane support with the best performance was obtained.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)fiber types and fiber ratio have no effect on fiber movement and orientation under strong force.(2)The evenly dispersed separation membrane material obtained by wet dispersion technology is used in hot pressing technology to obtain the separation membrane support with good performance.(3)The numerical difference between theoretical and practical uniformity of fibers under wet dispersion is due to the neglect of the effect of air resistance on fibers.(4)The difference between the theoretical and practical values of the optimal control point of the separation membrane support under hot pressing is due to the errors in the measurement of various properties.(5)The combination of wet dispersion and hot pressing is necessary to obtain a good separation membrane support.
