| Knitted apparel industry,as an important component of the apparel industry structure,is an important traditional industry to achieve sustained economic growth,improve the employment rate,make up for the market demand of the industry,and earn foreign exchange through export.In the past ten years,China’s knitted apparel industry has developed rapidly,and the demand for knitted apparel in domestic and foreign markets has been expanding.According to the report of the National Bureau of Statistics,the output of knitted garments in China doubled from 2017 to 2018,and the annual output of knitted garment enterprises in China reached 13.177 billion pieces in 2018.Thus,with the development of economy and the expansion of market demand,the knitting apparel industry in China continues to heat up.However,the management mode of most domestic knitting apparel enterprises has not been upgraded,and the traditional management ideas and methods are still used,resulting in backward production capacity,product quality,control methods and strain mode.Once the management ideas and methods of knitting apparel enterprises can not keep up with the pace of the times,it is possible to be eliminated by the industry.Under such industry background,how to improve production efficiency,improve production management level and reduce the increasing production costs has become a difficult problem faced by many knitting apparel enterprises.As one of the key points of production management research in knitting apparel enterprises,production scheduling is one of the core issues of production planning and control,which requires efficient and optimized solutions to the scheduling problem in the production workshop.In order to reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency of enterprises,the most important thing is to study the efficient scheduling method and effective optimization technology.This paper focuses on the production scheduling problem of knitting apparel enterprises,and simplifies the production scheduling problem into a multi-objective hybrid Flow Shop schedulingproblem according to the operation mode and production characteristics of enterprises.In view of the lack of rationality and scientificity in production scheduling in enterprises,a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy is used to solve the multi-objective scheduling problem model.The algorithm is simulated with MATLAB,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by case comparison.Considering resource and process constraints in knitting production process,a multi-objective hybrid scheduling model is established.By introducing fast non-dominated sorting algorithm,elite strategy and density estimation strategy,the complexity of the algorithm is reduced. |
