Wool is a kind of natural protein fiber with excellent skin affinity and wearing comfort.It is a common textile material.However,due to the waste of wool in the process of processing and manufacturing,it causes the waste of textile materials and serious pollution to the ecological environment.How to reuse these waste wool is of great strategic significance.In this paper,three types of adsorption materials were prepared from wool keratin:modified wool keratin powder,keratin/PVA composite hydrogel,keratin/cellulose composite aerogel,They were trained for their editorial project.Wool powder was obtained by mechanical breaking wool fiber and modified in potassium permanganate concentrated salt solution to expose more inner functional groups.Wool keratin was treated by PVA and treated with acid alkali hydrolysis.Wool keratin/PVA composite hydrogel was obtained after refrigerated storage for a period of time.The wool keratin solution with large molecular weight was prepared by reduction method and treated with carboxymethyl cellulose.Found when Reverse keratin/cellulose Composite Airport was freezing.The adsorption mechanism of Cu2+and Cr6+on different materials was studied under the same experimental conditions.The adsorption kinetics of Cu2+and Cr6+on keratin materials before and after adsorption and the fitting results of adsorption isotherm were studied by scanning electronmicroscope,Thermal analysis and in Frared spectroscopy.tres The type of absorption of kerosene oil has been subjected to severe absorption of metals.The optimal adsorption concentration of modified wool powder is 20mg/L,the temperature is 30,the dosage is 1g,the pH value is 8 and the adsorption time is 2h,the removal rate and the removal rate of the modified free dust are the highest,and the removal is essentially equivalent at 4 h.The R2 correction coefficient of the second order of the Cu2+and Cr6+adsorption kinetic blood on the keratin powder was more consistent with that of the second order.The correction coefficient Langmuir's absorption with R2 was higher,and the adsorption of Cu2+and Cr6+by keratin powder adsorption thermodynamics according to the langmuir model indicate that the adsorption process is heat and the reaction temperature should not be set High,wool.the surface before and after adsorption was smooth and oval,and there were obvious lines.After adsorption,the surface morpHology of wool powder changed,some of the powder agglomerated,and there were adsorbates and flocculent accumulation on the surface.XRD,TG and FTIR spectra show that the adsorption only occurs on the surface of the powder and has no obvious effect on the internal structure of the material.The optimum initial concentration of wool keratin/PVA hydrogel was 20mg/L,and the dosage of 0.5g hydrogel was the highest,and the pH of the solution was the highest.When the adsorption time is 2 hours,Cu2+and Cr6+have the largest adsorption and adsorption capacity,and the adsorption equilibrium takes about 4 h.The optimal temperature for Cu2+removal rate and adsorption capacity is 50,and Cr6+reaches the maximum at 40.The high correlation coefficient between the two R2 movements indicates that the adsorption process of hydrogen gel and heavy metal is more consistent with the model.Dynamic simulation coefficient of R2isothermal alloy,adsorption of hydrogel for Langmuir and Cr6+was higher than that of Langmuir model.The concentration of R2in hydrogen gel is very high,which is the adsorption of Freundlich model,indicating that there are other types of adsorption besides chemical adsorption,that is,pHysical adsorption of heavy metal ions was captured by three-dimensional network,so the adsorption of hydrogels was also consistent with Freundlich.Model.From the electron microscope(SEM),we can see that the surface of the hydrogel before adsorption of heavy metal has an irregular network structure,and there is irregular pore structure between the concave convex strip shape.After adsorption,the surface of the keratin hydrogel was leveled off,and heavy metal ions accumulated in the internal and surface of the hydrogel,and some ions formed self aggregation to form heavy metal ions.The active groups of protein based hydrogels,such as hydroxyl groups(-OH),amino groups(-NH2)and amido groups,can be adsorbed by XRD complex,thermogravimetric and infrared spectrogram.It can be seen from the slide rate of hydrogen that Caroline Hydrogel contains three chemical network structures,which contain heavy metals.The optimum initial concentration of wool keratin/cellulose composite aerogel is20mg/L,the best temperature of adsorption reaction is 30.If the dose is 0.1g,the highest utilization rate of aerogel and the best pH value of the solution is 8.When editing time is 2 h,the removal rate is the best and the editing capacity.The time required for adsorption equilibrium is about 4h.The R2 of the two stage kinetics was higher than that of the first order kinetics,and the Cu2+and Cr6+were found on 0.997,show the results of the two stages high-end R2 processing of heavy metals in prison.The higher R2adsorption level in Cr6+and Cu2+indicates that the adsorption rate of heavy metals in Cu2+and Cr6+is higher by keratin aerogel is consistent with Langmuir model.It can be seen from the SEM diagram that the surface shape of wool keratin aerogel is porous honeycomb,which has many active sites,large specific surface area and good adsorption properties.After adsorption of Cu2+,the surface of aerogel is smoother,and the metal particles adsorbed are punctate.With chromium ion,the aerogel pore structure collapses.After adsorption,the aerogel surface is uneven,half of the metal particles are embedded in aerogels,the other half is on the surface of aerogels,and the adsorbent is denser.XRD,TG and FTIR specimens indicate that editorial only works in aerosol and that the internal structure of the object has a clear impact The recovery properties of wool keratin aerogels showed that aerogel materials had good compression properties.This project uses three different ways to extract keratin,and the modified composite to form a new adsorption material,which is simple and efficient,low cost,and can provide specific functionality and general support for applications in the environment safety field.
