Alloy material industry is the foundation of the national economic development.The majority of the industry ia based on the production of alloy materials,such as the aviation,aerospace,automotive,machinery manufacturing,electric power,communications and so on.Along with our country economic structure transformation and economic growth began to slow,the market competition turn to independent research and innovation ability but high-end products rely on imports for a long time,it put forward higher request to domestic companies.DM company firstly was founded in 2012.The company is specialized in the non-ferrous metal processing enterprises.The products are mainly divided into five categories,such as copper alloy,tin alloy,nickel alloy,noble metal alloy and target material.Based on the DM corporation as the research object,by applying the relevant strategic management,using PEST,porter five model,evaluation matrix of internal and external factors,SWOT matrix,and the theory of value chain analysis method,through the in-depth analysis on the antenna industry environment combined with the actual situation of enterprise internal,the choice matches with the enterprise competition strategy,and formulated a series of strategic measures.The author first analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by firms,competitive and inferior position,found that enterprises in the use of external opportunities and avoid external threats is slightly lower than the average level,the internal advantage of enterprises is significantly higher than the average level,and then through the SWOT analysis,gave an overall strategy the company matching,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each strategy and the feasibility,to help enterprises to improve the competitiveness of the market,to achieve the short and long-term goals of the company.Finally in the conclusion part points out the company competition strategy implementation risk and pay attention to the point.
