On the part of the national economy through understanding,found that in the national economy and people's livelihood of the important component part contains the petrochemical products,is in a key position in the energy structure of kerosene and gasoline and diesel oil and other products,these products can also be extended and lead to a lot of industry chain,such as aromatics and olefins industry chain and so on,these industrial chain for its civilian materials and industry in China plays an important influence.The main choice in the process of thesis writing research subject is dongying joint petrochemical company,is called DYLH it below,the company created the earliest time is in 2012,on February 24,the company has two subordinate subsidiary,the first is the rich sea chemical company,the second is dongying haiwang storage and transportation company,compared with the domestic and foreign large-scale refinery,DYLH refining is still in the stage of small scale,single set of processing capacity is small,material consumptions of energy consumption is larger,the production cost is higher,under the background of refining capacity surplus,differentiated competition in the process of operation and management,In this way,I can better face the future market competition and the challenges faced by the enterprise,and make a reasonable and perfect overall plan for the future,which is also the focus of all the senior management of DYLH.In order to be able to better will be precise,this research also to be able to in the process of writing this paper provide effective data base,so I also went to DYLH the completed to collect data and investigation work,through these know also let I further know as well as the growth of the global refining industry in our country,especially in xylene product market research,previously studied at the same time effectively is the combination of strategic management theory,in the process of writing this paper also USES a lot of analysis methods,such as five model is known as well as the benchmarking analysis model and so on,With the help of these models,the problems of the company can be understood and recognized in detail.From the perspective of external environment,the transition from refinery,refining and chemical industry to fuel oil refinery is the lack of high-end technology.From the point of internal environment,DYLH faces new paraxylene(PX)plant focus,increasing competition,increasing device safe hidden trouble,refined oil sales harder,project reserves less problems,the main reason is the product homogeneity,lack of differentiated services and channels,a serious shortage of r&d,at the same time,it's progress and the future of the DYLH discovered the differentiation strategy,compiled which covers a range of four aspects,first is scope economic differentiation,followed by the product architecture differentiation,again is a channel differentiation,finally the development direction of differentiation.It enables DYLH to seize the opportunity brought by industrial structure transformation and upgrading enterprises and make new breakthroughs in domestic and foreign refining and chemical industry.
