Research On The Changes And Development Of Traditional Costume Skills And Culture Of Miao Women In Guizhou

The traditional dress of Miao women in Guizhou is the record of Miao women’s spiritual emotion and national connotation in the historical development.Intangible cultural heritage such as Miao brocade technique,Miao embroidery technique,and Miao batik technique related to Miao costumes have carried the economic and cultural development of Guizhou Miao ethnic group in the social and historical development.In the research of Miao costume skills,modern scholars mostly take the overview of the skills,the status quo of the skills,and the inheritance and innovation of the skills as the starting point.They have rarely studied the origin and changes of the costume skills;in the study of the Miao costume skills and its culture Among them,most of them start with a certain branch or a certain type of Miao costume skills,costume skills and image aesthetics,costume skills and inheritance innovation,etc.,and lack a comprehensive and holistic grasp of the Miao costume skills and cultural context.Therefore,this article selects the title of "Research on the Changes and Development of Guizhou Miao Women’s Traditional Clothing Skills and Their Culture" to collect and sort out the records of Guizhou’s Miao women’s traditional clothing skills and culture in Chinese and foreign documents from ancient times to the present.A relatively overall and comprehensive analysis and research on the changes of traditional dressing skills and its culture will provide theoretical materials and practical references for the research on traditional dressing skills and culture of Miao women in Guizhou.This article uses a combination of fieldwork and literature research to conduct a more systematic study of the changes and development of Guizhou Miao women’s traditional costume skills and their culture.The research of this article is divided into four parts:The content of the first part is the research on traditional costume techniques and culture of Miao women in Guizhou before the Qing Dynasty.This part summarizes the relevant written records in the literature before the Qing Dynasty,and analyzes and studies its skills and cultural background.The second part is about the traditional costume technique and cultural research of Miao women in Guizhou from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China.This part summarizes the relevant text and image records in the literature from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China,and analyzes and studies its skills and cultural background.The content of the third part is the research on the traditional costume technique and culture of Guizhou Miao women since the founding of New China.This part classifies and summarizes the relevant literature since the founding of New China,and analyzes and studies its skills and cultural background.The fourth part is to analyze and research the protection,inheritance and development of Guizhou Miao women’s traditional costume skills and intangible cultural heritage.
