In recent decades.China's economy has entered a stage of rapid development.However,influenced by limited concepts such as extensive management in the early stage,economic development has also brought serious ecological environmental pollution problems.Under the guidance of the concept of protecting the environment and building a healthy and sustainable economy,the government has issued a series of policies on prevention,supervision and management of ecological and environment protection.Under the influence of policies and interests,China's environmental protection industry has already exceeded the trillion mark in 2018.In order to grab the market quickly,many small environmental protection companies are hastily set up without adequate preparation.Among them,the number of small and medium-sized environmental protection industry companies with revenue below 400 million accounted for 95.6% of the total number.Limited by experience and management ability,many small and medium-sized environmental protection enterprises have strategic management problems which will lay hidden dangers for the subsequent development of enterprises.ZC environmental protection equipment group is a typical small and medium-sized environmental protection enterprise established in this environment.After realizing their own defects,enterprise managers began to actively seek solutions,hoping to correct the development direction of the enterprise,solve the current enterprise problems,and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.This paper USES PEST analysis method to analyze the social environment,economic environment,technical environment and political environment of the environmental protection industry to predict the development trend of the industry.Then,through the analysis of the competitiveness of existing competitors,the ability of potential competitors to enter the industry,the ability of substitutes,the bargaining power of suppliers and purchasers,the competitive environment in the industry is determined.Through SWOT analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise itself are analyzed,especially the internal resources analysis,to confirm the external opportunities and threats,as well as the internaladvantages and disadvantages of the enterprise,reduce risks,seize opportunities,and help the enterprise to formulate appropriate corporate strategic model.Finally,the strategic model of the enterprise is analyzed and reasonable implementation suggestions are put forward.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the characteristics that most of the shareholders of the target enterprises are from overseas Chinese,which is the innovation of this study.This paper focuses on the research and analysis of the slowdown in international and domestic economic development caused by co VID-19,in the special environment where the country encourages internal and external dual circulation,combined with the characteristics of the environmental protection industry,to give greater play to the advantages of overseas Chinese.In order to solve the specific problems of the target enterprises,it is necessary to study how to take the environmental protection market as the foothold,the revitalization of the national economy as its own duty,take into account the interests of enterprises,undertake social responsibilities,expand foreign investment,introduce overseas advanced environmental protection technology,alleviate the impact of industrial epidemic,optimize and improve the enterprise management mode,and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Under the background of post epidemic situation,the new environmental protection industry model of rapid,healthy and sustainable development of environmental protection industry was explored.Overseas Chinese are encouraged to devote greater enthusiasm to the construction of the motherland and contribute to the acceleration of national rejuvenation.
