Study On Suitability Of Group Purchasing In Coal Industry

Coal is the basic resource in China,which plays a very important role in country's economic development.However,the coal industry in China has serious overcapacity problem.To a certain extent,it also blocks the development of the social economy.This study first reviewed the coal industry development status,and then based on resource dependence theory and transaction cost theory,applied group purchasing that is a new way of purchasing in the coal industry of the ShanXi,to solve the problem of coal mining difficulties in small and medium-sized enterprises and overcapacity in shanxi coal industry.In this paper,a new coal purchasing way of group purchasing alliance is investigated by means of questionnaire,and 537 questionnaires were collected by small and medium-sized coal purchase enterprises and then the structural equation model was used to test the conceptual model.The results show that,when the scarcity and value of resources are high.The more uncertainty is in the environment,the group purchasing alliance is easier to reduce the risk in the transaction process.When the procurement scale is small,the enterprise prefers to use group purchase to assemble the order together.There is no significant link between purchasing frequency and group purchasing.Orders in the downstream of the supply chaincan be intergrated and then the upstream coal production is guided that can reduce the excess capacity of coal and promote the development of coal enterprises.
