With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things,cloud computing and industrial automation technology in the world,the digitization of industrial technology information and modern manufacturing have begun to deeply integrate,and information resources such as industrial manufacturing,technology operation,operation management,supply and sales,banking and investment The future will be integrated and shared on the digital platform of the industry chain,which has also spurred the rapid arrival of the era of intelligent manufacturing.The development direction of the world's high-end manufacturing industry such as intelligentization,precision,customization,and efficient robotization and the implementation of intelligent manufacturing projects have become an important part of the national development plan of "Made in China 2025".The implementation of smart manufacturing projects and the guarantee of huge investment and financing.Aiming at the characteristics of domestic smart manufacturing projects with large capital requirements,good expected benefits,tight time factors,high technical requirements,many risk factors,relatively difficult financing and high costs,smart manufacturing project investment and financing theory,capital demand analysis,financing strategies and models Discussions,comprehensive low-cost and efficient financing scheme design,and academic research have not received widespread attention.It is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the topic of optimal financing models for smart manufacturing projects.The dissertation first studies the technical characteristics of smart manufacturing projects and their different characteristics and differences from the investment and financing needs of traditional manufacturing projects.Second,it draws on the research results of traditional investment and financing theories at home and abroad and the research trends of new industrial financing,and analyzes mature finance in developed countries around the world The experience model of investment and financing of smart manufacturing projects in the market;the third is to constructively propose design theories and schemes of financing strategies for smart manufacturing projects based on in-depth analysis and research of smart manufacturing financing needs,financing terms,financing risks,and financing models;and fourth,Through full research on industrial policy funding subsidies for smart manufacturing projects,special funds,commercial bank loans,financial leasing,listing and additional issuance of stocks,venture capital and other debt and equity financing models and data,and in-depth analysis of the application of smart manufacturing project financing analysis methods Based on this,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate and optimize the financing model.At the same time,a mathematical model is established for the optimal financing structure of the financing decision in combination with the linear programming technology,and a financing plan adapted to the characteristics of the intelligent manufacturing project is quantitatively analyzed and designed;The fifth is to choose a company's intelligent manufacturing project in Tianjin to apply the theoretical analysis of the design scheme to practice and make the financing analysis decision model and design scheme more practical.Finally,the authors put forward related security measures such as financing risk prevention and control,financing cost control,financing channel optimization,investment return guarantee,intelligent technology selection,and environmental policy borrowing.This research systematically elaborates the characteristics of smart manufacturing project financing in theory,and preliminary explores the analysis concept of smart manufacturing project financing design analysis.By establishing an analysis model and combining the use of project examples,the validity of the smart manufacturing project financing design scheme is verified.Combined with the characteristics of the intelligent platform of the future intelligent manufacturing system,the reasonable proposal for selecting a financing model and the risk prevention and control measures were put forward,which provided more options for compliance financing operations.
