Financing Status And Financing Program Study Of ZX Corporation

The vitality of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is the basis for the stable and orderly development of the market economy.It is also related to the social stability and economic development of the entire country.In 1998,Premier Zhu Rongji had begun to pay attention to the financing of SMEs,and he had successively introduced a series of measures such as supporting policies and solutions for SME financing problems.Of course,the problem of SME financing is not only in China,it is also bothering economists and entrepreneurs from all over the world.Therefore,the financing of SMEs is a common problem in today's world.This article explains the role of SMEs in the development of the national economy firstly,and then tells the importance of financing for SMEs and the reasons that make them confuse.Secondly,it introduces the main ways and characteristics of SME financing in China,and explains the financing difficulties of SMEs.Then briefly outlines the financing status and characteristics of small and medium-sized chemical companies.Thirdly,introduce the basic situation of ZX Company and analyze their financing status.It mainly includes an overview of ZX's financial status and operating results,as well as an analysis of ZX's current financing plans and future financing needs,and summarizes the financing problems of the company currently.Therefore,according to the future financing goals of ZX Corporation and the currently feasible financing methods and constraints,establish the principle of the construction of the financing model,and the model will be constructed using the AHP according to the corresponding principles.Then,based on the results of the model,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the financing plan and proposes its existing risks and countermeasures.Finally,make the summary of the full text and suggestions,summarize the limitations of the paper and look forward to the future researches in this area.Through the study of this paper,we finally come up with an effective way to solve the problem of financing difficulties for ZX companies-the combination of bank loans and financial leasing.Through this financing plan,ZX can not only solve the problem of funding gaps,but also broaden the financing method for the company,and reduce the risk of financing and the cost of funds,making ZX continue to develop into a mature and competitive one.The main innovation of this paper is that in order to make the decision-making process more intuitive and objective,and to provide a new way of thinking for the decision-making of the company when we are getting into the selection of the financing plan,the AHP is adopted to make the choice of the plan.
