Environmental Impact Assessment System And Application Research Of Urban Gas Station Project

A gas station is a branch that sells refined oil for motor vehicles.It is usually used to add fuel oil to equipment.With the needs of urban development,the automobile gas station has gradually developed into an important part in the process of urban economic development.Although the gas station provides sufficient energy guarantee for the sustainable development of the automobile industry,it also brings a series of ecological environmental pollution problems including air,noise,overground water environment and groundwater environment to modern people's life.Nowadays,gas stations,which were originally far away from crowded places,are mostly adjacent to busy commercial districts,schools,large residential areas and other densely populated areas.Once environmental pollution occurs,it is extremely difficult to deal with it afterwards or a large amount of money is needed for later environmental protection work.Therefore,early environmental impact assessment is extremely important.Based on the scientific analysis of the important factors affecting the environment,this paper constructs the environmental impact evaluation model of the urban gas station project based on the grey correlation analysis method.Firstly,a three-level environmental impact evaluation index system for urban gas stations is constructed,which includes the analysis of engineering status,the general situation of regional environment and the impact prediction of environmental quality.In the process of model analysis,Delphi method is firstly used to obtain the weight value of each index of the evaluation system,and the grey correlation analysis method is finally used to obtain the environmental impact evaluation results of gas stations.By comparing the correlation degree of environmental impact factors before and after construction,the main pollution sources after the construction of gas stations are determined.Finally will be based on gray correlation analysis method of city gas station project environmental impact evaluation model is applied to the tianjin petrochemical gas station in a city,it is concluded that urban gas station project of the biggest grey correlation degree is 0.88,so the estimated the city after the gas station project construction of gas station surrounding environment have relatively minor influence on the effects of climate change.Model evaluation results and the actual situation,based on gray correlation analysis method of city gas station project environmental impact assessment model for gas stations after the success of the project construction on surrounding environment impact degree to carry on the preliminary assessment,the corresponding risk prediction measures are put forward,and reduce the risk and the possibility and probability of accidents,reduce the gas station in daily management and operation of the influence of natural environment and damage.
