Development And Design Of New Products Based On The Integrated Innovation Model

Black copper was born in Yunnan Province of China in Qing Dynasty.It is one of the typical representatives of "Yunnan flavor culture",and has always been favored and loved by people.The manufacturing process of black copper is complex,the materials for making it are expensive and valuable,which has a high value of appreciation and collection.In 2011,Black copper was listed in the third batch of China's intangible cultural heritage protection list,which made more people get to know this unique traditional folk crafts of Yunnan.However,for a long time,Black copper has stagnated in the production process and product innovation,which seriously limits its development space and future prospects,and currently faces many difficulties and challenges.This paper takes the development of Black copper as the research subject.Firstly,through the research and in-depth investigation and practice of a large number of documents,it makes an in-depth analysis and Discussion on the birth background,historical heritage,material,manufacturing process,technological principle,product modeling structure,decorative texture,and color of Black copper,which lays a solid foundation for mastering the relevant knowledge of the subject.Then carry out market research and consumer questionnaire research,analyze and interpret data results,write research report summary,to open up new market space,cultivate new target consumer groups as the starting point of seeking breakthrough.Then,it introduces the integrated innovation model as the guiding theory,combining with the product design case of integrated innovation model to analyze its ideas and methods to systematically solve the development dilemma of Black copper.In order to upgrade the production and manufacturing process,innovate the product marketing mode,and open up new target consumer groups as the three links of integrated innovation,build a complete integrated innovation mode system,and finally complete the new product development and design scheme of Black copper based on the integrated innovation mode.Different from the previous research in the field of Black copper,which mainly focuses on science popularization and theoretical discussion,this paper pays more attention to the combination of scientific experimental data results and data analysis conclusions based on research practice as the basis of product design.The final product design scheme is based on data analysis reasoning and structure logic framework.It is hoped to provide a new design idea and method reference for the future development and design of Black copper technology and intangible cultural heritage in China.
