| Society is the fertile soil for the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.No enterprise can be independent from the development of society.It is not only an obligation but also an inevitable trend of the development of the times for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.Now it is the time for the country to vigorously promote the new industrialization process,which requires enterprises to adhere to the development concept of innovation,coordination,green,opening and sharing in the development process,so as to realize the win-win of enterprise development and the interests of all parties.High energy consuming enterprises are typical representatives,mainly mining and metal industries.These enterprises are the pillar enterprises of national economic development,which are all kinds of industrial products The industry provides raw materials for the market,but in the process of production and operation,a series of characteristics such as large energy consumption,large pollution emissions and large material consumption make the contradiction between the industry and the society increasingly acute.How to balance the interests of all parties to achieve win-win results coincides with the social performance idea.How to choose the best strategy to improve social performance and efficiency improvement is the current situation The core problem to be solved.Therefore,it is necessary to study the social responsibility performance of high energy consuming enterprises in China,explore the future development trend and find out the failure link in the current development,and point out the improvement direction for enterprises.After studying a large number of domestic and international literature on social responsibility,this article comprehensively considers the characteristics and basic conditions of Chinese enterprises,and uses the operating data and social responsibility data of listed companies in high energy-consuming companies in China from 2010 to 2017 for empirical analysis.First consider the combination of many influencing factors as a combination path or configuration path,apply QCA qualitative comparative analysis method,empirically analyze effective paths to improve corporate social performance,and further explore the evolution of the configuration effect of effective paths to find the most development The representative path.Then construct a corresponding evaluation system according to the representative path,and apply DEA data envelope analysis to carry out comprehensive efficiency analysis,pure technical efficiency analysis,scale efficiency analysis,and efficiency improvement analysis of 2016 enterprises,point out the current enterprise ineffective links and give slack improvements.direction.The main conclusions are as follows: during the research period,five high-performance configuration paths have been formed,and enterprises can achieve high social responsibility performance,among which path H2(Em*C*En→P)has the best comprehensive performance and the most development potential.In the comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency,most of the enterprises are technically effective,while only half of the enterprises in the scale efficiency reach the optimal state.Some enterprises need to adjust the operation and management efficiency.In the analysis of efficiency improvement,it is found that the high energy consuming enterprises have the problems of staff care and pollution control investment,but the quality is not high and the efficiency is not good,and the product quality also needs to be strengthened,so the enterprises should pay attention to the investment efficiency,allocate resources reasonably and improve the product quality.In the end,this article puts forward suggestions for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities from economic,social and environmental perspectives. |
