Ether amine cation collectors are widely used in iron and bauxite reverseflotation,ether diamine has stronger collecting ability and good water solubility.In this paper the flotation properties of fatty amine,ether monoamine and ether diamine were contrasted,fatty amine collectors with bad water solution and weak collecting ability,ether monoamine and ether diamine with good water solution,and the capture ability of ether diamine is better than ether monoamine.For further,on the different p H values the flotation properties of ether diamine with different carbon chain lengths were studied,the experimental results showed that strong collecting ability of short chain ether diamine,the selectivity of long chain ether diamine better and the tailing foam stability is short.Aiming at the problem of cationic collector flotation foam sticky,tailings defoaming difficult,several kinds of alcohols and Na Cl as synergist were studied,finally a new cationic collector,which takes ether diamine as the main body and a kind of alcohol as synergistic,is used to the reverse flotation desilication collector of phosphate,which is WFC-01.The structure and XRF analysis showed that the phosphate ore of Guizhou is a kind of siliceous and calcareous collophanite with P2O5 23.11%,Mg O 2.79%,Si O218.16%.The conventional reverse flotation of the phosphate ore was found that when the content of Mg O was 0.80%,the content of P2O5 was about 28%,which could not meet the requirements of wet process.Double reverse flotation process was used to research the phosphate ore of Guizhou.Aionic collecter DLK-3 was used in the magnesium removal section with a process of corse and fine.Cationic collector WFC-01,which was newly developed,was used on desilication segment.the p H value、pulp concentration,WFC-01 dosage and flotation time were analyzed.The optimal desilication flotation process condition:under neutral condition,pulp concentration was 27%,with WFC-01 batch dosing total dosage of 0.60g/kg,total flotation time 7 min;finally obtained phosphate concentrate P2O5 32.66%,Si O2 8.80%.Mechanism analysis:Zeta potential test shows that WFC-01 has a strong ability to capture quartz,which significantly changes the Zeta potential of quartz surface.By comparing the infrared spectrum of quartz and quartz adsorped WFC-01,collophane and collphane adsorped WFC-01,shows that there is no new and strong characteristic peak of WFC-01,which means that WFC-01 absorbed on the surface of quartz and collophane mainly based on physical adsorption.Monomineral experiment.In order to investigate the selectivity of the WFC-01,apatite,silicate and the artificial mixed mineral were used for the monomineral flotation experiment.Under the conditions of WFC-01 dosage of 0.40g/kg,almost all the quartz were floted out;For the artificial mixed mineral Si O2 recovery rate reached97.17%,tailings P2O5 12.20%,the concentrate grade of 34.15%.Experimental results show that:the WFC-01 has a strong ability to capture quartz,and the selectivity of artificial mixed ores is good.
