Hu Bei province has a huge reserves of phosphate ore.In recent years, number of Phosphorus chemical enterprises have been in the red by reason of the over capacity and the saturated market. According to the newly issued “2015 tariff implementation plan”, the cost of phosphate fertilizer export will be decreased,which shows the encouraging position of the government on the export of phosphate. It is a good time for Phosphorus chemical enterprises to make full use of the development on the reagent so that they may realize the upgrading of industrial structure and break through the bottleneck of phosphorus resources. This study focuse on a new anionic collector with rapeseed oil as raw material which is named CZ-3.And use it on double-reverse flotation of collophanite ore from Dayukou area. Testing methods as IR and Zeta potential has been conducted to study the mechanism.In the third chapter of this essay, the synthetic experiments of CZ-3 are descript. The mixed collectors contents rapeseed oil and sodium stearate with the appropriate combination and mixed with some surfactant. After a large amount of test the final formulation of the collector is the proportion of two fatty acids is 4:6 and the amount of surfactant BK is 6% of the total amount of fatty acids. The open flotation experimental results show that: the flotation performance of CZ-3 is better than that of MG-7 at low temperature.The fourth chapter is about the process of double-reverse flotation from Dayukou area. Studies on process mineralogy show that the mine belongs to Silicon Calcium Collophanite ore. The principal gangue mineral including Quartz, Feldspar, Dolomite and Calcite.The content of P2O5 in the mine is 16.41% while the content of Mg O is up to 4.35% and the content of Si O2 is up to 28.64%. The grinding fineness of-0.074 mm content accounting for 94.23% is suitable for Two-Stage Reverse Flotation. The suitable reverse flotation process to remove Mg O is one-stage roughing,one-stage selecting and thrice-stage scavenging.While the process to reove Si O2 is one-stage roughing,one-stage selecting and one-stage scavenging. Closed circuit test has shown that when the concentrate rate is around 47.63%, the P2O5 content in concentrate is rise to 28.35%, the total recovery is 82.30%. At the same time, the content of Mg O is reduced to 0.90% and the content of Si O2 is 3.85%.The fifth chapter is about the middle-scale test. The percentage of P2O5 concentrates gose up to 28.97% from 17.86%, and that the percentage of Mg O fall to 2.28% from 4.47% by double reverse flotation. Also the recovery attained to 77.15%. CZ-3 shows a strong resilience to the production environment. The resistance to low temperature and low consumption has been further evidenced. Both the desliming technology and defoamer playe a critical role in improving the stability of foam of GE-609.In the sixth chapter,testing methods as IR and Zeta potential has been conducted to study the mechanism of CZ-3. Analyze the new collector by IR showed us that the new collector is a typical fatty acids collector which has both –OH and –COOH. Under acid condition, CZ-3 can be adsorption on the surface of the dolomite and provide the hydrophobic groups, which makes the flotability of dolomite increasing greatly. The measurements of Zeta potential show that the adsorption of CZ-3 on dolomite surface is much stronger than that on the collophane since the change of Zeta potential is bigger after the action of CZ-3 with dolomite.
