With the continued downturn in international oil prices,each oil company's annual budget for upstream seismic exploration business has continued to decrease,and the entire market has shrunk severely.The success of the project is directly related to the sustainable development of the company.Therefore,it becomes more and more important how to manage the risks in project operation scientifically so that the project can be completed safely and efficiently.Seismic exploration projects are different from other engineering projects in that they have many risk factors,are highly unpredictable,and have low references between different projects.Based on these characteristics,in order to ensure that the project's risk level is within an acceptable range,It is of great practical significance to reduce the impact of risk on the project and do a good job of project risk management.This paper takes the risk of seismic exploration projects as the research object,combines the characteristics of the seismic exploration project itself and the particularity of national parks,and based on the risk management theory,systematically studies the risk management of seismic ground exploration projects.According to the risk management process Based on the work safety analysis method and fishbone diagram method,the conventional risk factors of the seismic exploration project and the special risks of wild parks were identified.After the weights of each risk factor were determined using the AHP method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to these items.Wind test factors were evaluated.According to the evaluation results,use scientific methods to respond to and monitor the risk after evaluation,and form a monitoring system to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of the project.The theory combined with reality in this paper has certain reference significance for the company's future seismic exploration projects.
