Ziyang County of Ankang city in Shanxi province which located in north foothills of dabashan mountain,due to its fragile geological environment and the natural ecological environment,and abundant rainfall,coupled with strong human engineering activities, especially unreasonable of digging,The geological environment is seriously deteriorated, causing frequent geological disasters, which pose a serious threat to the local people’s personal and property security.This pape takes ziyang county shanxi province for the first time as the research object, according to the “geological disaster investigation and regionalization report of ziyang countyt” and current collected details such as the information of geological disasters,carefully studied the main types of geological disasters, the formation mechanism, distribution form and rule in the area, deeply analyzed the influence of internal and external dynamic function to geological disasters, and established the risk evaluation system of geological disaster, including two aspects of risk and vulnerability.This study adopts analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to evaluate the risk of target zone, dividing the risk into three levels, and uses fuzzy comprehensive judgment method, with 21 villages and towns as evaluation unit, completed the target area of vulnerability assessment, vulnerability degree of hazard-affected bodies can be divided into three levels.Then combining with the evaluation results of areas of risk and vulnerability and taking the qualitative evaluation method of the risk assessment matrix to realize the geological disaster risk evaluation of the target zone by the MapGIS platform.The evaluation of the geological disaster risk is divided into three levels, and the high risk area of geological disaster covers an area of 1014.24 km2, accounting for 46% of the county area, the middle risk area covers an area of 648.57 km2, accounted for 29.41% of the county area, the low risk area covers an area of 542.19 km2, accounting for the 24.59% of county area.The geological disaster risk assessment is the basis of risk management and disaster mitigation, the results of study can provide a scientific basis for land and resources planning, site selection of key projects and the work of disaster prevention and mitigation, so as to realize effective risk decision, control a nd management and make the disaster reduction management achieve the target.
