The pattern of urban commercial space is of great value to exploring urban development.In recent years,the speed of urban development has accelerated,and its commercial space pattern has also been continuously adjusted.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the development status of urban commercial space pattern.Relying on the continuous development of Internet big data,it has brought new opportunities for related research on urban commercial space.Benefiting from the advantages of the large amount of data,easy access,and new data of Internet big data,it brings favorable conditions for studying the current situation of urban commercial space and analyzing the matching degree of commercial space development and urban commercial land planning,which is beneficial to future urban space planning.The adjustment and decision-making are of great significance.Based on POI big data,this article aims to deeply explore the methods of urban commercial center extraction,type identification and classification,and provide a certain reference value for the research of urban commercial space pattern.This thesis takes the main urban area of Beijing as the research area.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Commercial agglomeration data analysis and processing.Based on the POI data obtained on the Internet,analyze the commercial industry classification standards and urban land classification standards,and reclassify the commercial facility data to obtain shopping services,sports and leisure,business services,financial services,and life services.Through the commercial agglomeration fusion algorithm,entity fusion with the same name is performed on the data of various commercial facilities,and the density value of the fused entity is calculated to obtain the commercial agglomeration data.The spatial characteristics of commercial agglomeration data are analyzed.(2)Business center extraction and type division method based on nuclear density analysis and regular grid identification.Five groups of commercial agglomeration areas and commercial centers are extracted by nuclear density analysis and regular grid identification methods,and the results are mutually verified.The commercial agglomeration areas obtained by the two methods are basically the same,and the urban commercial centers are completely the same.Determine the proportion of various types of commercial facilities within the range of urban commercial centers through type codes,and analyze the types of urban commercial centers.Finally,the experimental results are analyzed and verified.(3)Research on the classification method of urban commercial centers.Taking commercial center coverage area,commercial center coverage density and commercial center function index as analysis indicators,the urban commercial center level is classified through the method of hierarchical cluster analysis and the "Classified Criteria for Identification of Urban Business Center" standard.And compared with the commercial center level in the "Beijing Commercial Service Facilities Spatial Layout Planning",to verify the accuracy of the experimental results,and analyze the current status of the planning implementation.
