As the leader of rural cultural construction,the organizer and implementer of rural education,rural teachers are the soul of rural schools and rural culture.They play an important role in the process of China’s modernization.With the advancement of urbanization,a new pattern of "working in the village during the day and living in the city at night" has emerged in the group of rural teachers.They shuttle between urban and rural areas all the year round.Because they are similar to the migration of migratory birds,they are called "migrant type" rural teachers.From the perspective of life history,this study divides the lives of "migratory" rural teachers into professional life,family life and public life according to the different fields.Through a large number of fresh first-hand materials,this study presents the relevant stories of the professional life,family life and public life of several "migratory" rural teachers in C primary school in J city,Objectively analyze and try to give some suggestions to improve the quality of life of "migratory bird" rural teachers.Through the analysis of the professional life of "migratory bird" rural teachers,it is found that the career motivation of several "migratory bird" rural teachers comes from stability and love,and they have a strong sense of responsibility for education and teaching.In the analysis of family life,it is found that several "migratory bird" rural teachers have a low sense of family life experience and weak sense of family belonging due to the lack of leisure time.By studying the public life of "migrant" rural teachers,it is found that they have good interpersonal relationships,but there is a lack of local cultural identity of some "migrant" rural teachers.Based on the above analysis,this paper tries to give some suggestions to improve the quality of life of "migratory bird" rural teachers.It is hoped that the state can increase the supply of rural teachers,reduce the workload of "migratory" rural teachers,and further improve relevant policies.Schools can strengthen the flexibility of their management system and create a positive working environment for "migrant" rural teachers;From the two stages of pre-employment training and post employment,cultivate the local feelings of "migratory bird" rural teachers.Migrant rural teachers should improve their professional development ability and enhance the efficiency of work processing.
