The improvement of sports performance is inseparable from the innovation and application of sports training methods.Chinese women’s javelin thrower Liu Shiying has thrilled the nation with her stunning throw to win gold at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.Sports colleges and universities are important training bases for national athletes and physical education teachers.The students of track and field special class will start a prairie fire in the future basic education stage of track and field sports.Therefore,what kind of teaching and training methods are adopted in the teaching of track and field special class has a vital impact on the students’ mastery of technology and the improvement of results.Javelin throw is a relatively complicated fast strength event in track and field sports.Reasonable javelin throw requires that the human body should give full play to the strength without reducing the run-up speed and throw the javelin in a correct motion.Through the preliminary investigation,it is found that the difficulty of javelin teaching is not the speed of the hand,but the lack of connection between the throwing step and the support force on the left side of the body,and the lack of control of body posture.How to make the special class students on the basis of the existing skills and achievements to make a breakthrough in the special class is the guidance of the special class javelin teaching.The optimization and improvement of technology cannot be separated from the support and adaptation of physical fitness.A variety of research methods were used in this study: Firstly,the feasibility of the research was determined by expert interview method,and then the test indexes that fit the research purpose were screened out by questionnaire survey method.Finally,the physical training method of resistance training in unstable state was applied to the javelin teaching of special classes by experimental method and statistical analysis method.The aim is to explore whether the training method has obvious effects on improving students’ core stability,optimizing javelin technique and improving their achievement of meeting standards.Two special track and field classes with 15 students each were selected as experimental samples through preliminary screening,and each class had 10 boys and 5 girls.The two classes are the experimental class and the control class respectively.In the preparation part of the experimental class javelin course,the unstable state resistance training method is added,while the control class adopts the conventional javelin teaching method.The preparation part of the two classes is different and the rest is the same.The following conclusions can be drawn by combining the questionnaire survey before and after the experiment and the data obtained from objective measurement with the score of students’ subjective feeling scale:(1)Through the evaluation,it is found that the stability deviation of trunk and rotation stability is common among students in special classes compared with other body links.In the experimental class,unstable resistance training was added,and the stability of torso and rotation were improved effectively after the experiment.(2)The application of unstable resistance training in javelin teaching of special classes can effectively improve students’ special quality and core stability of javelin.(3)The application of unsteady resistance training in javelin teaching can promote the improvement of students’ javelin skills and achievement.(4)Compared with the conventional class,the unstable state resistance training class can effectively stimulate students’ interest in javelin learning,which is conducive to the common realization of skills and psychological goals in the class. |
