| Private education is an irreplaceable component of China’s education industry.There were more than 180000 private schools in China,accounting for more than 1 /3 of the total number of schools in China.Private education is indeed a part that can not be ignored,and plays an irreplaceable role in promoting education reform.Teachers are an important factor to promote the future development of private high schools,and there are some problems in private high schools,such as unreasonable teacher structure and uneven teaching business level.At present,the competency of teachers in private high schools can not meet the needs of teaching development,let alone the needs of student training,which restricts the development of private education.Based on the competency theory,this paper constructs the competency model of private high school teachers,which is an attempt to optimize the teacher training scheme.On the basis of studying the relevant literature on teacher training,private teacher training and teacher competency,combined with 39 indicators of competency,this paper designs a questionnaire.Through the investigation of the importance of QB private high school teacher competency indicators and teachers’ working behavior,this paper extracts the teacher competency indicators suitable for QB private high school,which are divided into 4 levels and 22 indicators,respectively,the sense of progress,harvest and responsible,self-learning,self-confidence,integrity and honesty;Analytical thinking ability,generalization ability,choice and judgment ability,self-criticism ability,language interpretation ability,flexibility and guidance ability in logical thinking ability;The ability to collect information,high efficiency,optimize teaching composition,image shaping ability and clear objectives in teaching students’ ability;Interpersonal skills include the ability to serve support,unity and cooperation,respect others and empathy.According to the competency index of QB private high school teachers,this paper constructs the teacher competency model,and evaluates each index of teacher competency.Through the interview method to understand the problems of teacher training,we found the deficiencies of training needs,training processes,training contents and training methods,and formulated the optimization scheme of QB private high school teacher training scheme based on competency.The optimization scheme formulated for the teacher training scheme based on competency of QB private high school not only solves the problems in the current training of QB private high school and provides a complete training scheme,but also provides a basis for teacher recruitment,teacher training and teacher promotion of other private schools. |
