Nanhai private middle school is a private full middle school in Foshan City,Guangdong Province,which was founded by well-known schools in Guangzhou.In recent years,Nanhai private middle school has become a leader in the local private education industry with its distinctive school-running characteristics and excellent entrance examination for secondary school or college performance.At present,the school has expanded its school scale and introduced a large number of new teachers with junior professional titles.The proportion of teachers with middle and senior professional titles is not outstanding.The poor matching of human resource knowledge structure,coupled with the lack of initiative and service consciousness of teachers in education,affects the construction of teacher team and teaching order.In this paper,Nanhai private middle school teacher training as the research object,such as adult learning theory as the research of theoretical basis,draw lessons from cases of teacher training and training plan formulation,compared to the Nanhai private middle school development planning and the current teacher’s ability to match,through the questionnaire in the form of Nanhai private middle school teacher training research,found that exist in the teacher training training system is imperfect,training programmes and teachers demand does not match,training teachers don’t fit,management science,problems such as unreasonable assessment mechanism,these problems lead to poor training achievement transformation,teachers’ lack of enthusiasm for work,It even leads to
