| As the market evolves,the entire Internet industry is being expanded and upgraded from a large and comprehensive platform to a specialized and vertical small platform.Company A belongs to the information classification industry,which mainly based on information display,and it is profitable from membership fees and advertising revenue.Its growth space is gradually being challenged by emerging vertical service platform with more refinement services.Company A’s recruitment business is one of the company’s four major core businesses,and its once high market share is diluted by the recruitment competition application software that has newly entered the market in recent years.At the same time,the growth trend of competing products is getting better and better,which has brought severe challenges to the development of Company A’s recruitment business group.Based on the above,this paper takes the recruitment business group of Company A as the research object.Based on the strategic management theory and recruitment industry research,this paper uses literature analysis,comparative analysis and interview methods to conduct research.This paper introduces the current basic situation of the recruitment business group of Company A from four perspectives:organizational structure,business model,business status and development difficulties.At the same time,this paper analyzes and studies combined with external environment analysis(PEST analysis),internal resource capability analysis and SWOT analysis.Through the above analysis results,this paper will formulate the development strategic planning suggestions for Company A’s recruitment business group in the next stage and put forward the guarantee measures for its strategic implementation.According to research,the information display platform of the market is gradually changing to a refinement service platform.Through this service upgrade,enterprises can dig out more service scenarios that can be provided to customers,which helps enterprise to find new performance growth points and improve market competitiveness.Company A’s recruitment business group has a poor brand reputation and a single business model,at the same time,its product core competitiveness is insufficient.The above reasons lead to weak competition barriers in the recruitment market and hinder the future development of the business group.This paper proposes strategic solutions to drive growth through differentiated competition for products,brands and services.The solution is creating unique recruitment service brands,developing innovative products to promote development and exploring the human resources industry chain deeply,which to help Company A’s recruitment business group grow into a leading technology-driven human resource service group in China.The research results provide decision-making reference for the transformation and development of the Company A’s recruitment business group.At the same time,the research also provides strategic reference for other similar platforms to help them better meet the market demand. |
