Study On The Current Situation Of Children's Swimming Training Classes In Nanjing In Summer Vacation

Swimming is a healthy way of sports,used as a way of aerobic exercise,also can be called a survival skill,in the context of national fitness,swimming training grow rapidly,but due to various reasons,nanjing's swimming training market is not very mature.This paper takes the summer swimming training class for children in nanjing as the object,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate the current situation of the development of swimming training class for children,in the hope of providing reference for the standardized development of swimming training class.The conclusion is as follows:(1)Students of summer swimming training classes for children in Nanjing were generally from the way of independent enrollment,and the training classes are mainly divided into three types: cooperative,employment-oriented and individual-oriented.The management system of swimming training institutions in Nanjing was not perfect and the market supervision was not in place.There were no unified management standards for some swimming training venues.Moreover,the recruitment threshold for coaches was too low,and training for coaches before work was not enough.(2)Nanjing swimming training course can be divided into theoretical courses and technical training courses,but many swimming training venue does not pay attention to develop the special training theory course for kids,in terms of technical courses,priority was given to breaststroke training,training course form wass given priority to with the high-quality goods class and group lessons,fee standards,basically met the expectations of consumers.(3)Swimming courses in nanjing were mainly promoted through the introduction of old customers and mobile apps,which had low cost and good effect.Traditional publicity methods such as printing leaflets and putting up posters had a relatively lowrate of application in the market.Suggestions: To strengthen infrastructure construction of swimming venues,and strengthen exchanges and cooperation among different regions;To strengthen the construction of the coaching faculty to improve the quality of teaching;To improve the quality of swimming training courses,we should not only focus on the training of swimming skills,but also strengthen the special teaching of swimming knowledge for kids.The government and relevant departments must strengthen the supervision and management to make the swimming training market develop towards a more standardization.
