The state has issued a number of decrees and regulations in the field of preschool education,emphasizing "balance between education and cultivation" and "scientific nursing and teaching ".With the importance of the state,the quality of preschool education is still frequent.The professional identity of kindergarten caregivers shows their recognition of their positions,which is not only the motivation for deciding whether to continue this career,but the key factor affecting the quality of kindergarten care and education.By improving the professional identity of kindergarten caregivers,we are able to successfully implement the education concept,stabilize the nursery team,build a team of high-quality caregivers,and create better conditions for the development of children.Therefore,it is of great significance to investigate and study the professional identity of kindergarten nurses.This research mainly from the basic information of the nurse and the six dimensions of professional identity,in 8 kindergarten in C district of Kunming city,the questionnaire survey to 122 nurse and extract three from each kindergarten,a nurse in total 24 to conduct interviews,according to the professional identity scores two randomly selected for observation,a nurse To understand the realistic situation and characteristics of the professional identity of kindergarten nurses in C area,analyze the factors affecting the professional identity of kindergarten nurses,and put forward improvement strategies for improving the professional identity of kindergarten nurses in C area.The thesis is divided into the following four parts:Chapter 1 is the introduction.This paper introduces the reason of topic selection,the purpose and significance of the research,the core concepts,literature review,theoretical support and design of thesis.Chapter2 presents the findings and analysis of the overall and each dimension of the professional identity of kindergarten caregivers in District C of Kunming.Chapter 3 is an analysis of the characteristics and factors influencing the professional identity of kindergarten caregivers in District C of Kunming.The characteristics are analyzed from the six dimensions of the professional identity subordinates of kindergarten care workers.The influencing factors are summarized in three dimensions: social factors,kindergarten factors and personal factors.Chapter 4 is the research conclusions and suggestions of professional identity of kindergarten nursery staff in C Area of Kunming city.According to the characteristics and influencing factors,this study puts forward the following improvement strategies:1.Social level: Nursery workers in kindergartens provide social support to improve their salary,welfare and social status;2.Kindergarten level: improve the management system and training system for kindergarten caregivers to create a relaxed working atmosphere;3.Personal level: formulate a clear career plan for kindergarten nursery staff,expand professional knowledge and enhance professional will. |
