Evaluative fear,which refers to the individual’s fear or fear that others will judge them,is a core feature of social anxiety In recent years,the junior middle school students mental health caught the attention of the society from all walks of life,according to the study of junior middle school is the beginning of the social,good social interactions can raise their level of self-esteem,poor social interaction will not only induce social anxiety may even appear psychological problem,in this context,the author from the core of social anxiety characteristics,the development route of affect the level of self-esteem,for To promote and provide perspectives for middle school students’ mental health This study selected the grade one middle school second day student in yunnan province,according to their social support evaluation fear and levels of self-esteem,the present study according to the characteristics of the second day student expressed in the evaluation of fear,in combination with 2 students psychological characteristics,under the expert guidance 2 students reduce evaluation of fear Based on this program,the author conducts professional psychological intervention on the current situation of students’ evaluation fear.Through experiments,the intervention program has obvious effects,which provides theoretical support and practical experience for reducing students’ evaluation fear and improving their self-esteem.This study is divided into two stages.In the first study,346 middle school students from a middle school in Yunnan province were measured with the social support scale negative evaluation fear scale positive evaluation fear scale and self-esteem scale,to understand whether the students’ social support evaluation fear and self-esteem level are the only child in the gender ethnic origin place Family economic status and family atmosphere,and the relationship between the three In study 2,according to the research a fear negative evaluation results according to the high and low levels of self-esteem High positive evaluation of fear and low self-esteem levels of selection of eligible subjects were 40,and according to the homogeneity is divided into the experimental group(20)and the control group(20)Members of the control group received aimless course treatment,and those of the experimental group received 12 group counseling interventions,and finally evaluated the experimental effect.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The social support evaluation fear and self-esteem of grade two students are at a good level.Social support is associated with demographic variables such as gender,one-child family,economic level,family atmosphere and class cadre.Negative evaluation fear is associated with demographic variables such as gender,family economic level and family atmosphere,while positive evaluation fear is associated with demographic variables such as family atmosphere,self-esteem level is associated with demographic variables such as class cadre economic level and family atmosphere.(2)the second day of the students’ social support and evaluate the level of fear obvious negative correlation,the students’ social support and self-esteem level obvious positive correlation,the evaluation level of fear and self-esteem levels obvious negative correlation evaluation fear played a part in the social support and self-esteem level of intermediary function.(3)the group counseling program is compiled 2 students reduce evaluation of fear The group counseling program to improve the level of self-esteem can reduce the fear of evaluation and improve the level of self-esteem for grade two students.
