With the rapid development of education in our country and the continuous deepening of the new round of curriculum reform,the individual differences and overall physical and mental development of students have attracted more and more attention from the society.Faced with this situation,how can teachers promote the development of students in teaching? How to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of each student has become the focus of current education experts and many scholars.Therefore,this study introduced the heterogeneous group teaching mode into aerobics teaching,and explored the feasibility of using the heterogeneous group teaching mode in aerobics teaching.This paper discusses the influence of heterogeneous group on the physical fitness level,aerobics technique and body self-esteem of college students in aerobics teaching and the relationship between the technical achievement,physical fitness level and body self-esteem level,so that every student on the original basis to get comprehensive development,so as to achieve the basic purpose of carrying out quality education.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this study carried out a 12 week teaching experiment on120 college students majoring in aviation flight attendants of Xi’an Jiaotong University.The experimental group used the heterogeneous group teaching mode,and the control group used the traditional teaching mode.Before and after the experiment,the aerobics technique,physical fitness level and body self-esteem were studied,and the influence of heterogeneous group teaching mode on body self-esteem and the relationship between aerobics technique,physical fitness level and body self-esteem were analyzed,and the following results were obtained:(1)After 12 weeks of intervention in heterogeneous group teaching mode,the scores of students in the experimental group and the control group in aerobics technical scores and sit and reach scores were significantly different than those before the experiment;(2)After the experiment,the body self-esteem of the students in the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved,but the improvement of the body self-esteem in the experimental group was more obvious,especially in the dimensions of physical attractiveness and physical quality;(3)After the experiment,there was a positive correlation between the scores of aerobics technique and physical fitness level of the students in the experimental group and the total score of body self-esteem.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the heterogeneous group teaching mode is more conducive to improving the technical performance and flexibility of college students’ aerobics,but the effect of improving physical function,explosive power,speed,endurance and strength is not obvious;(2)Using aerobics teaching as an intermediary,both the traditional teaching mode and the heterogeneous group teaching mode can improve the level of college students’ body self-esteem,but compared with the two,the improvement effect of the heterogeneous group teaching mode is more obvious;(3)Aerobics technique and physical fitness level have a significant correlation with body self-esteem.The application of heterogeneous group teaching mode in aerobics teaching can improve the level of aerobics technique and physical fitness,and play a boosting role in the improvement of college students’ body self-esteem.among them,aerobics technique have a greater impact on body self-esteem. |
