More and more parents choose boarding junior high schools for their children in order to pursue high-quality educational resources,but boarding students are particularly prone to anxiety and resistance to learning when facing a closed environment and daily repetitive daily life,lack of necessary companionship and family emotional support from parents,and under the pressure of heavy schoolwork,when facing setbacks in learning,they are particularly prone to anxiety and resistance to learning.Learning burnout affects the physical and mental health of boarding junior high school students and the reserve of knowledge.Therefore,it is necessary to study the learning burnout of boarding junior high school students separately.Studies have shown that self-acceptance can promote individuals to continuously improve their self-confidence,which in turn helps individuals better use their protective resources to cope with difficulties and setbacks in learning.Academic self-efficacy and psychological resilience help to form a good learning attitude and improve learning motivation.Therefore,by exploring the mechanism of psychological resilience and academic self-efficacy in self-acceptance and learning burnout,this study hopes to put forward effective recommendations for preventing and effectively alleviating learning burnout in boarding junior high school students.The questionnaire method was used to survey 819 students in three boarding junior high schools in Binzhou,Linyi and Dezhou in Shandong Province,using the adolescent learning burnout scale,self-acceptance questionnaire,academic self-efficacy scale and adolescent psychological resilience scale,and collected and analyzed the survey data.Among them,there are 348 junior high school students,263 junior high school students,and 208 junior high school students,with an average age of 13.63 ± 1.06 years old.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The self-acceptance of boarding junior high school students is in the middle level,the academic self-efficacy is in the medium level,the mental toughness is in the middle-upper level,and the learning burnout is in the medium level.2.Self-acceptance,psychological resilience,and academic self-efficacy are all significantly negative to predict the learning burnout of boarding junior high school students.3.Self-acceptance,psychological resilience,and academic self-efficacy showed a significant positive correlation.4.Academic self-efficacy plays a part of the mediating role between self-acceptance and learning burnout among boarding junior high school students.5.Psychological resilience plays a part of the mediating role between self-acceptance and learning burnout in boarding junior high school students.6.Academic self-efficacy and psychological resilience play a chain-type intermediary role between self-acceptance and learning burnout of boarding junior high school students. |
