The importance of physical education courses is increasing day by day,and the problem of learning burnout has a great impact on the improvement of the ability of students majoring in physical education.In order to improve their learning quality,this paper investigates the learning state of students majoring in physical education in Liaoning Province,and explores the influencing factors.Then explore the students’ mental toughness,self-efficacy level of academic burnout level of influence degree,teasing out the influence degree of the three,prompted the Liaoning province sports education professional college students’ learning burnout level improvement,provide practice guidance for the improvement of the college students’ learning burnout situation,improve the ability of learning and education.In this study,various methods such as literature method,questionnaire method and mathematical statistics were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on college students majoring in physical education in Liaoning Province by referring to a relatively mature scale.The obtained data were sorted out and analyzed to tease out the influencing factors of learning burnout of college students majoring in physical education in Liaoning Province,in the hope of finding a remedy for the disease.It can improve the study burnout of college students majoring in physical education in Liaoning Province.The results showed that:(1)The overall learning burnout of physical education major college students in Liaoning Province is at the middle level,and the low dimension of achievement of male students is higher than that of female students;There was grade difference in the dimension of depression.The dimension of low sense of achievement and improper behavior of students from urban areas are higher than those from rural areas.(2)The overall mental toughness of physical education majors in Liaoning Province is above the average level.Under the gender difference,female students are higher than male students in the dimensions of positive cognition and interpersonal assistance.In the dimensionality of goal focus and positive cognition,rural students are higher than urban students,and the dimensionality of family support is higher than that of non-singleton children.(3)The overall academic self-efficacy of physical education major students in Liaoning Province is above the average level,and the self-efficacy of learning behavior of rural students is higher than that of urban students.(4)There is a significant negative correlation between learning burnout and psychological toughness and academic self-efficacy among physical education majors in Liaoning Province.Among them,there is a significant positive correlation between the psychological resilience and the dimensions of academic self-efficacy.
