Research On The Integration Of Yan’an Spirit Into Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Yan ’an spirit,formed in the period of the New Democratic revolution,is an important part of the spirit of China’s red revolution and the spiritual power of the Chinese people.Its connotation includes four aspects: the firm and correct political direction,the ideological line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts,the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly,and self-reliance and hard work.Yan ’an spirit has high educational value and is an indispensable precious resource for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Under the background of the new era,the integration of The Yan ’an spirit into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities can not only enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,but also improve the inner spiritual quality of college students,and can inherit and promote the Yan ’an spirit.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the integration of Yan ’an spirit into college ideological and political education.Therefore,the deep research on the integration of Yan’an spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities has great practical significance.The main body of this thesis is divided into four parts.In the first part,the formation process,scientific connotation and historical role of Yan’an spirit are introduced.In the second part,a deep and systematic analysis on the coincidence point and significance of integrating Yan’an spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities is conducted.A great significance to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,enhance the internal spiritual quality of college students,inherit and carry forward Yan’an spirit is embodied through the application of Yan’an spirit to ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In the third part,the problems and causes of integrating Yan’an spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities are discussed.The following aspects are the existing problems: such as the insufficient integration of Yan’an spirit into the teaching of ideological and political theory curriculum,the weak influence of Yan’an spirit in campus culture,and college students’ low sense of identity with Yan’an spirit.Through the analysis on the reasons,it is found that some ideological and political theory curriculum teachers fail to deeply mine Yan’an spirit,colleges and universities fail to pay enough attention to the integration of Yan’an spirit into campus cultural construction,and the external diversified cultural environment weakens college students’ recognition of Yan’an spirit.In the fourth part,the improvement strategies of applying Yan’an spirit to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities are proposed,in which the three aspects are mainly included: such as giving full play to the main channel role of ideological and political theory curriculum,promoting the integration of Yan’an spirit into the construction of campus culture,and the necessity for college students to strengthen the self-education of Yan’an spirit.Besides,it elaborates how to effectively integrate Yan’an spirit with the ideological and political education of college students.
