Curriculum resources are an important source of curriculum content,and play an irreplaceable role in curriculum implementation.The effectiveness of curriculum resources development and utilization directly affects the quality of education and teaching.The compulsory education(2016)states that,on the basis of a reasonable arrangement of curriculum content,local,school and teachers should be allowed to develop alternative curriculum resources,it provides the possibility and flexible space for teachers to understand and exploit curriculum resources.As the main body of curriculum resources development and utilization,teachers are the backbone of the development and utilization of curriculum resources.Studying the development and utilization of Special education teachers’ curriculum resources can enrich and perfect the theory of curriculum,resources promote the practice and application of curriculum resources,and provide realistic basis for the research on the development and utilization of curriculum resources by teachers in special education schools.Based on the theory of ecosystem,the theory of postmodernism and the theory of Constructivism,this study explores the concrete manifestation and influencing factors of the development and utilization of curriculum resources by the teachers in educational schools,in order to improve the practical ability and quality level of developing and utilizing curriculum resources,this thesis puts forward some educational suggestions.In this study,219 teachers from 8 intelligence schools in 7 cities were selected as subjects,5 teachers were selected as interview subjects,one excellent teacher at or above the municipal level was selected as the case study object.The methods of investigation,interview and case study were adopted.Using the self-made questionnaire on the development and utilization of curriculum resources by teachers in schools for cultivating intelligence and the interview outline on the development and utilization of curriculum resources by teachers in schools for cultivating intelligence as research tools,this thesis investigates and studies the development and utilization of curriculum resources by teachers in schools for intellectual cultivation from three dimensions: concept,practice and effect,this thesis makes a qualitative analysis on the typical patterns and influencing factors of the development and utilization of curriculum resources by teachers in intellectual training schools.According to the study,this thesis discusses the challenges posed by the particularity of the students in the school for the cultivation of intelligence to the development and utilization of curriculum resources,the role of the teachers and students in the school for the cultivation of intelligence in the development and utilization of curriculum resources,the clarification and excavation of the educational value and connotation of the teaching environment resources,etc.The conclusion of this study is as follows: teachers in schools for intellectual cultivation recognize the importance of curriculum resources.However,they lack initiative and reflective consciousness,motivation and need to develop and utilize curriculum resources,self-evaluation tools and perfect evaluation system,and the teachers in the schools for intellectual cultivation have generally performed well,we should attach importance to the development and utilization of students’ resources,teachers’ own resources and material resources,and ignore the development and utilization of teaching environment resources.In the process of developing and utilizing curriculum resources,we should rely on intuition and experience,lack of a holistic analysis of the subject and situation;with the growth of teaching years,the development and utilization of curriculum resources by teachers in schools for the cultivation of intelligence shows an overall upward trend,teachers with educational background and non-special educational background have better performance in the development and utilization of curriculum resources,and teaching has the same performance in the development and utilization of curriculum resources,among the factors that influence the development and utilization of curriculum resources,teachers themselves are the decisive factors,students are the direct factors,and schools are the restrictive factors.The thesis puts forward some educational suggestions: "external strengthening" :strengthening the support and guarantee for teachers to develop and utilize curriculum resources;"internal promotion" : teachers themselves should realize the promotion from accumulation of curriculum resources theory to practice;"improving quality and increasing efficiency" : strengthening the training of developing and utilizing curriculum resources for teachers in schools for intellectual cultivation.
