Since the basic education curriculum reform in the 21 st century,with the deepening of the curriculum reform,people have paid attention to the importance of Chinese curriculum resources and focused on the development and utilization of Chinese curriculum resources.In recent years,there has been a rapid increase in the research on the development and utilization of Chinese curriculum resources in the academic circle.In the early stage,the meaning and principles of the development and utilization of Chinese curriculum resources are mainly discussed,and in the later stage,more research is conducted from the direction of how to excavate Chinese curriculum resources.In related papers,have to explore the direction of the pop songs,folk songs,also have to explore the direction of the regional culture,which based on local culture of the Chinese curriculum resources development and utilization of research is relatively prosperous,but not based on the local culture of province Yang curriculum resources development and utilization of academic papers and related works.The author will take this as the starting point for research.The main body of the paper is divided into five parts.Including research origin,research methods,literature review,concept brief four aspects.The research mainly starts from the requirements of the course reform,the requirements of the development and utilization of the Chinese course resources in the Chinese course standard,the intrinsic needs of the Chinese course,the richness and longevity of the Poyang local culture,and the availability of the potential Chinese course resources.The research methods of this thesis are various,including literature research,field investigation,interview and case analysis.In terms of literature review,the author mainly inquired about related journals,master's theses and related works,sorted out and classified the former research,and put forward some opinions.The last part of the content includes the curriculum resources,the Chinese curriculum resources,the development and utilization of the Chinese curriculum resources and other related concepts.Chapter one: overview of Poyang local culture.The author through the consult literature,field survey and combined with the life experience,selected the typical local culture with the local province Yang characteristics,according to the province Yang's natural landscape,customs and so on province Yang local culture can be divided into five parts,respectively is: lake culture,fishing vulgar culture,drama culture,celebrity culture,monuments venues.Chapter two: the value analysis of Poyang local culture and the significance of its development and utilization.This chapter briefly analyzes the relationship between Chinese curriculum and Poyang local culture,and analyzes the value of Poyang local culture as a Chinese curriculum resource and the significance of its development and utilization.Chapter three: the basis,feasibility and concept of development and utilization.This chapter briefly expounds the theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Chinese curriculum resources,analyzes its feasibility from the aspect of curriculum standards and society,and puts forward the concept of developing and utilizing Chinese curriculum resources.Chapter four: development strategy,utilization approach and case analysis.The fourth chapter is the main part of the thesis,the author respectively from three aspects to discuss the development strategy of Chinese curriculum resources,from literacy and writing,reading,writing,oral communication and comprehensive study these aspects to explore the Chinese curriculum resources based on the local culture of province Yang utilization way,citing the corresponding teaching design case.
