Corporate social responsibility can coordinate the relationship between stakeholders and is an important way to promote the sustainable development of society and enterprises.With the development of enterprise strategy and social economy,corporate social responsibility is an important indicator to measure the advantages and potential of enterprise’s future development.Corporate social responsibility is closely related to the sustainable development of enterprises and is an important concept of social and economic sustainable development.The research related to corporate social responsibility is constantly deepening and changing.Privately-run education is an important part of China’s education cause.With the gradual improvement of the status of privately-run higher education institutions,the social responsibility of privately-run education begins to attract people’s attention.Due to the particularity of private education,it has the characteristics of cultivating talents,improving national quality,maintaining social stability,driving local economic development,promoting the development of industry science and technology and other social public services,and it also has the characteristics of safeguarding the interests of the board of directors,providing economic benefits,improving the utilization rate of resources and other enterprise profits.This makes private education in the performance of social responsibility complicated,so private education industry of higher education corporate social responsibility practice path research has great theoretical and practical significance.HX Education Group mainly carries out social responsibility under the pressure of external rules and regulations,but lacks subjective initiative.It is not out of the need of corporate strategic development and forms internal motivation of social responsibility.In the passive implementation of corporate social responsibility activities due to the lack of internal driving force and execution degree,some social responsibility activities have a reverse effect,and even affect the corporate image.Corporate social responsibility activities,which could have promoted the sustainable development of the enterprise,not only failed to reflect its due value,but also failed to help HX Education Group achieve the due effect in the market activities.In view of this situation,this thesis takes HX Education Group as the research object,and makes an in-depth exploration and analysis of its practice path to fulfill social responsibility.This thesis will with HX education group as the research object,based on the triple bottom line and strategic corporate responsibility related theory,combined with the actual situation of HX group education in-depth analysis HX education group,corporate social responsibility performance of the current situation and existing problems,put forward based on the research of strategic corporate social responsibility practice path direction and way of thinking,including corporate social responsibility and corporate strategy,the combination of Formulate HX Education Group’s social responsibility management system and management organization,improve HX Education Group’s attention to important stakeholders,and adopt a reasonable path for the implementation of corporate social responsibility.The research conclusion is expected to provide suggestions for HX Education Group to improve corporate social responsibility management and enhance corporate competitiveness,coordinate the relationship between economic,social and stakeholders,and provide guarantee for the realization of its strategic goals.It can provide some reference for other companies with similar problems with HX Education Group.To promote the development of China’s private education industry to make due contributions.
