As a spiritual need, the sense of security is closely related to individual physical and mental health. But how social support influences security and how the mechanism works. These questions are well worth discussing.According to the cognitive-behavior theory and the ecosystem theory,it can be found that individual behavior is not only controlled by the external environment, that is to say,the environment can affect individuals through the media of individual cognitive factors. Therefore, resilience was introduced into the study and used as an intermediary variable in this study which is an internal factor of an individual. Then,a group counseling activity was designed with the theme of improving resilience, and the feasibility of improving resilience for improving individual security was discussed. In study 1,a total of 1076 participants were randomly selected and investigated using the Social Support Rating Scale,Adolescent Resilience Questionnaire and Security Questionnaire.A structural equation model was constructed to determine whether resilience mediates the relationship between social support and security. The final findings of the study are as follows :(1)there are significant demographic differences in social support among secondary vocational students in gender, grade and family structure.(2)There are significant differences in grade and family structure in the security of secondary vocational students.(3)The resilience of secondary vocational students is significantly different in gender and grade.(4)Social support, resilience and security were positively correlated.(5)Social support and resilience significantly predicted the security positively.(6)Resilience partially mediated the relationship between social support and security.Based on the results of study 1,study 2 focused on the design of group counseling activities with the theme of improving resilience, and conducted group counseling intervention on 43 students with low security through experimental method.Through the analysis and comparison of pre-test and post-test data of experimental group and control group, the effectiveness of group assistance program was tested. The results showed that :(1)the experimental group and the control group could be regarded as homogenous before intervention.(2)After eight weeks of intervention, the resilience level of the experimental group was improved, while there was no significant change in the control group.(3)After the intervention, the security of the experimental group also improved with the improvement of resilience, while the security of the control group did not change significantly. Therefore,it is proved that the group-assisted program in this study can improve the resilience and security of secondary vocational students effectively. |
