Moral education is an important part of the whole person education and the core and key of the whole person education.Xiaoyuan Guofang’s thought of moral education not only has theoretical value,but also can enrich the theory of modern moral education;Kohara Guofang is a world-renowned Japanese educator.His whole person education thought has a profound impact on society.His thought is still studied by Chinese and Japanese scholars today.Xiaoyuan Guofang has been committed to educational theory and practice all his life.With his efforts,he founded Yuchuan School Park and actively applied the whole person education theory to school education practice.The moral education in the whole person education contains rich ideological connotation,which has important reference value for the moral problems facing our country at present and the poor results of school moral education.In addition,Xiaoyuan Guofang’s moral education has been implemented in Yuchuan School Park,which has practical significance and can provide useful enlightenment and reference for the cultivation and development of students’ moral thoughts.Through in-depth study of the specific content of Xiaoyuan Guofang’s moral education thought,this paper explores the practical reference value of his moral education thought to Chinese schools in moral education.The moral education thought of Xiaoyuan Guofang discussed in this paper refers to the moral education in the six aspects of Xiaoyuan Guofang’s whole person education.The whole person education consists of six aspects: knowledge education,moral education,art education,religious education,physical education,life education,etc.At the beginning of this paper,the author discusses the reasons for choosing the topic,why to write Xiaoyuan Guofang’s moral education thought and the purpose of writing Xiaoyuan Guofang’s moral education thought.After that,in order to accurately present the overall picture and characteristics of Xiaoyuan Guofang’s moral education thought,this paper first discusses the era background of the formation of Xiaoyuan Guofang’s moral thought,personal subjective factors and the theoretical origin of the main influence on Xiaoyuan Guofang.Secondly,starting from the essence of moral education,this paper focuses on the philosophical analysis of the fundamental issues about the essence of morality,such as what is the outlook on life,the purpose and value of life,and what is good and morality.Thirdly,in order to more comprehensively and deeply grasp the basic content and spiritual essence of Xiaoyuan Guofang’s moral education thought,this paper deeply understands the content of Xiaoyuan Guofang’s moral education from the four aspects: the goal of moral education,the aspects of moral education,the principles of moral education,and the ways of moral education.In addition,in order to effectively tap the contemporary value of Xiaoyuan Guofang’s moral education thought,based on the basic principles of seeking truth from facts and critical inheritance,this paper also makes an objective and comprehensive evaluation of Xiaoyuan Guofang’s moral education thought,which not only fully affirms the shining points in his ideological system,but also clearly points out the inherent limitations of his ideological theory.Finally,in order to implement the research purpose of making the past serve the present,combined with the current situation of China’s moral education and the new problems faced by school moral education,this paper believes that Xiaoyuan Guofang’s moral education thought can bring reference and Enlightenment to China’s moral education in the following aspects.First,in terms of enlightenment to teachers,teachers should have the spirit of dedication,establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,improve their moral cultivation,respect,love and understand students;Second,in terms of enlightenment to students,students need "freedom,equality and respect",students need the awareness of self-education,students need daily moral education,and pay attention to the cultivation of students’ feelings;The third is the Enlightenment on the methods of moral education,implementing philosophical moral teaching,opposing indulgent education,paying attention to the auxiliary role of art education in moral education and strengthening the guidance of interest in morality. |
